Weird, I don't remember this place at all. Was it removed from English version or something?Strolling around harbor district I stumble upon local customs officer, who asks me to hand over registration certificates to a freshly arrived group of immigrants from chinatown. I agree and he hands me over some molotov cocktails saying that bird flu isn't welcome around here.
Of course our hero agrees to help the officer free of charge.
After the warm welcome was handed over, the officer expressed his gratitude, but the fact that the new batch would only arrive in the next year saddened him greatly.

Can't say for sure, but I've heard that english version was censored and some parts were cut, for example, there's no into featuring one of the lead developers of the game, looks like other things were affected as well.
I don't think that it's possible to translate that game, anyway, there are too many cultural, media, social and historical references and other things that are specific to Russia only.

You can pet goats.
There's also a KCD-style crafting minigame where your character brews coffee, but i didn't make a screenshot.

Continuing our adventure we save one of our comrade in arms for a pair of slave negros and a unique flesh... flashlight.
Too bad the only things he's got with him are dirty underwear and grumpy atittude.
Taking it back to the black district we stumble upon a slavemaster that has a very particular problem with his property.
One of his boys is such a zelous Lovelace that the old man just can't handle it, so at the first sight of our brave duo he immediately gives away his slave for free. Innate friendliness is such a rare sight on this forsaken planet that I just don't have a heart to waste this gay pair on the spot.
Can't say the same about local fanatical shizos that attack me just for looking around.
This is the point where party's bodycount starts shooting through the roof, what you see here is just a teeny-weeny little excuse of a fight.
Going out in the wilderness means getting swarmed by killer ostriches, flesh eating bugs, reptiles, giant slugs and other abominations. Good thing that I made primary character a melee combat specialist, so when it comes to close relationships he's quite literally untouchable.
After our last encounter with a band of agressive niggers we still had some gas grenades to spare, so I handed them out to a local asian tribe of marauders.
I say, they took it pretty well.
One of the "treasures" they were guarding - a giant metal ball full of condoms. Such balls are dropped from space ships as a sort of humanitarian aid for the prisoners. Now, every woman sent to this prison planet is sterilized beforehand, but I imagine that thanks to the lack of hygiene, rampant homosexualism and complete absence of healthcare, AIDs and other STDs are very common, so any protection that you can get should come in handy.
Speaking of women, here's one of the locals telling her story. Before being sent to Matrosskaya Tishina she worked as a prostitute, she accidentally sneezed and bit of a dick while giving a blowjob to a big criminal authority, I guess you can easily imagine what happened afterwards.
During one of our strolls we save a bunch of women, that have just been dropped from the orbit, from becoming food for the local cannibals.
Of course, we are not doing this out of a pure good will.
After collecting enough we immediately sell them to nearby slavers for cash.
They give us money without trying to play any funny tricks, what lads!
Back in the city, in the yellow district, I accidentally freed an imprisoned arian - one of the members of the local reich, it's nothing important, but it would be useful to show this, so that you have a better understading of the future events.
Of course he is immediately greeted and shot by the guards, who forgot to execute him three days ago. They don't even dispose of the corpse, saying that the dogs would take care of this.
Another day has passed on Matrosskaya Tishina, I'll show you more when I get bored again.

Einhänder (1997) on PS1
Complex geometry, busy screens, bosses with elaborate movesets, this has to be one of the most beautiful 3D games on PS1, and at 60 FPS to boot.
The use of 3D also allows various camera angles for effect or boss phases, including very satisfying "walk away from explosion" victory vignettes.
