Playing the shit out of Sifu with mods. I'm really enjoying beating ass in this game. All the modded models are ripped straight from other games with a lot of varying quality. Little things like the some models looking good except for shiny hair that looks like duct tape, ultra-bright textures that look terrible, etc. Kinda makes me want to download Blender and try my own hand at it.

What´s the best way to play UU in 2023? Quality of life stuff, mouse look, etc.

I'm playing with a patch made by this guy:

the UU executable can be patched via his website:

It gives you WSAD movement + toggable mouselook (using tilde key). It took me a short while to get used to, but it works great.

It also has some neat QoL things you're asking about e.g. quick casting with CTRL+ALT keys.
You just press and hold CTRL + ALT > spell name > space, and voila, the spell is cast.
