Can't remember if I already posted about this,
but Revan's storyline/SoR was supposed to be Bioware's KOTOR 2 according to Avellone

Spoilered for folks that haven't gotten to that part of the story yet

RUSTY PRO-TIP:
Grab all the heroic quests for an area so you can use their teleporters to quickly teleport around the map. Many of them are near other quest objectives.

edit:
obviously meant for after you've already done all the quests on a map with another character and are just trying to get through it.

RUSTY'S PRO-TIP #2:
Disable autocast #4 and #5 on healer companions and #5 on DPS companions

#4 on (all? nearly all?) healers drastically lowers their DPS(and it seems to be their top priority), it's a channeled heal compared to all their others being instant. Bind it to a key and use it manually when needed, or do what I do and toggle autocast on/off as needed.

Yes I picked the Asian face it suits Maco best, you can later also:

Buy her other clothes and faces in Balmora Cantina IRC Comrade including blonde and redhead but being asian suits her best .

Shit talked to Miss I am privileged cluless Sith brat and:

She almost killed bro-comrade Keeper for that.... what a C&C I am impressed.

Really felt bad after, Keeper is like Father for my Agent.

The default gear companions come with looks really bad(extremely low res/low poly,) they should probably change it. A lot of the newer outfits look much better.

Just give her the stuff you got from quest, Heck I use some of gear I found (as adoptive armor of course) I am not perv to drag Mako. Kayla or Twillek in slave outfits along although last one would fit her I guess cause in my pure blood Sith play-through she stays in collar to the end. Hard to not treat Mako like your younger (bit naive) sister, Kaylo is beautiful snake you keep around to not get soft I guess and twillek is just occasionally useful slave. The Trooper Chick however sorry but she makes Cat look like a bro, constantly we keep helping those bunch of loosers and incompetent fools here and there and of course always stick to regulations, at least Cat approved me when I mocked the Senators, he really ages well on you since I did disliked him so much at the start.

SWTOR is probably the most fun MMO I've ever played likely because it combines a traditional RPG with MMO aspects. The combat, despite copying WoW, is on-par/better than WoW itself. Most MMOs that attempt to copy it end up feeling very clunky and don't catch the fluidity of WoW's combat properly.
I don't care if it killed WoW or not, it's enjoyable.

swtor is better than warcraft because even if it shares the same ancient, obsolete, irritating, annoying combat system it had the decency to almost completely cut it out. i remember back when you had to do all the main quests, all the secondaries and still grind some more just not to be underleveled. now you just walk (literally, with stealth classes. figuratively with all the others because this is piss easy) through the main quest and you're done with it.

regret picking powertech, going to make a mercenary

Both are mech as classes cause no stealth Comrade, funny thing I played a bit as merc and switched for Powertech, the flamers are much more fun then pew-pew and if you do want to do play with DPS ranged Pick Commando anyways as it brings far more Dakka Comrade. Story is not so great when you played as James Bond or Siths, you basically LARP as the one of Clint Eastwood western (anti) heroes in Spaceh. Only thing I do love in this story line is DS-5 Mantis patrol ship what a beauty she is.

P.S. Trooper Ship is just... Prosperian its really pain to play for Republic cause everything: uniforms, ship and stories told are so mech why they did not added Imperial trooper instead? Or allow you to defect with Tavus?

There's unmarked NPCs you can have full conversations with during some quests. I don't think there's a list anywhere, I should start keeping track of them.
The receptionist during your very first(and ONLY the first) visit to Nem'ro's instance as a bounty hunter is one of them.

Only reason I notice them is because I like to read the flavor text(right-click text) so I click on everyone and sometimes they have full conversations.

You mean the Twillek accountant Comrade?

She ended up with bolt hole in head for selling information about Great Hunt, Mako again made the fuss but this time my Hunter was adamant the snitches get Ditches Comrade.

Also, to anyone who hasn't used the KOTOR-style dialogue: Options marked with [INVESTIGATE] mean they will lead back to the same position in the dialogue tree. They're merely informational.

why they did not added Imperial trooper instead? O
reminds me of the questline in dromund kaas where a captain sees the soldiers under her like her children and gets angry at sith for treating them like pawns
the obvious tension between imperial army/sith really should have been explored more(is to some degree with agent)

on a slightly related note, there's something in these stories which severely pisses me off, "we're not finished, i'll be back", and then you're finished and you'll never be back. i want to kill [redacted] or [redacted] as i promised because they earned it, but no, no way.

and: "you did this gig which earned us more zeros than i can count!": reward 4200 credits. fuck you.
