Sheesh, you had some of the harshest critcism for Bethesda and this game, and you plan on buying it if they add in porn? I have lost all the respect I never had for you.

Look at this way ... can you see those pussies at Bethsoft adding things like anatomic correct skins on Oblivion?

Yes, let's change Oblivion's rating to R to satisfy Drakrons need for naked digital women.

You know, nakedness always sells more.
Look at the games that have a "naked mod" (Does morrowind has some too?) and compare the number of download with any other mod.
Hot Coffe must have been downloaded more than they would ever imagined!

MrSmileyFaceDude: I know you guys are testing the game on ATi cards too, but you know that vendor specific stuff isn't healthy for fanbois. Beware :)

R - nudity.
AO - porn.
Anatomically correct skins is not porn.
If you'll add some sex animations, though... AO, then.
Well, I suppose it is moddable.

I dunno, in this day and age, with graphics nearing photorealism, full nudity may result in an AO rating even without sexual content. Especially in a game where you can commit acts of violence against any NPC. The US media tends to be more prudish about nudity than violence by itself. Go fig.

Without any doubt, Better Bodies was most popular mod for Morrowind. Did anyone even install it with painted underwear option selected?
Even Orc chicks looked hot (edit: ok, with a bag over their head)!

Well, there is realism, and there is porn.
*shrugs*
And... what kinds of 'acts of violence' are you talking about, MSFD?
Sexual violence? :D
Well, nudity or not, AO for you, sinner!

Yeah, gotta agree with what some of the others have said. Basically in America Nudity == Porn.

Wasn't Daggerfall the game where you could take all the PC's clothes off on the inventory screen and see them naked? Or was that some other game...

I watched it, I feel so naughty...

I wonder if guys at Beth really think women invite you up to their room to watch them practice archery

There was a "child lock", without it activate it they would be naked.

Battlespire also had it if not mistaken.

But Daggerfall was rather adult, look at one of the lore books and plot converstation ...

The only thing that was impressive to me in that video were the graphics. Bethesda need to learn that you need more than good graphics to make a good game.

you also forgot to point out that the monsters basically stayed in the same place till the pc came into their sight.

1.the guy at the ruins was standing still till you saw him at which point he rushed at you.

2.the zombies were placed in the line of sight of the pc so they would go after the player as soon as he turned the corner or entered the room..

3. the first two skeletons did not seem to notice the player till he already jumped down.

4.the second two did not move till the pc was in the line of sight.

5. the lich did not enter the room till you came close to the power crystal(big cliche in rpg's monster guarding a artifact doesn't appear till the player either a. has it already or b. is about to grab it)

6. the goblins did not notice the loud thunks of the arrows hitting the bucket or the sound of the arrow hitting stone which was louder.

7. log trap goblins were put so they would see the player like the zombies were. the noise of the trap going off should of alerted the other goblins.

8. goblin b did not react when goblin a got a arrow in his head when he would seen or at least heard goblin a getting hit.

9. goblin d did not react when he saw goblin c getting hit by the spike trap.

So I watched it and I liked much of it, but some bothered me a bit. (yes I know it is five months old)

Movement isn't natural at all. NPCs move about in a stiff manner and do not articulate their speech with hand movement, nods, shruggs and the like. Someone pointed out that they rotate rather than turn around, the way "thunder" moved before eating the meat isn't very natural at all.

Another beef with the game is the "stealth" section of the movie where the players sneaks about in full plate... ooooh immurshion! Hope it's due to the fact that the movie is a demo and not a completed game :P
I can already see a scenario on the game unfold...

player "sneaking": *clunk* *clank* *clunk* *clank*
npc reaction: who goes there?!
(player keeps hiding in the dark)
npc reaction: It must be the wind.

RPG for the next generation? This is as much RPG as MMOs are RPGs. It should be labeled an action/adventure with RPG elements. But I'm still excited as ever, gimme!

Not sure if stll true, but it was said earlier that armor does affect sneak. Remember that Todds character and the levels were completely rigged.

Everyone else is fully voiced by voice actors who performed entire races and genders (for example, Lynda Carter voiced all the female Nords, as she did for Morrowind.)

So every Cyrodiilian pleb male will sound like that cliched over-acting Bard. And every woman like that ultra-annoying Book-seller.

Dear God how horrifying, I hope at least we can switch voices off.

Let's give Bethesda the benefit of the doubt and wait for a newer video from a newer build that wasn't just "assembled for the E3 presentation".
Perhaps the issue with NPC awarness, bad animations and all the like REALLY ARE fixed!

I want to believe...

Balor, there IS a penalty on magic effectiveness if you're wearing armor and are unskilled at armor.
*slaps forehead*
Since when developers of the huge game companies became illiterate?
"Armed" != "Armored" :P
I mean a penalty to casting when you carrying a freaking WEAPON.
And I guess I'll do it.
Btw, about plants... so, my Herbalism will still be popular, w00t! :)
I even have some more ideas how to make collection of plants more realistic... we'll see when Oblivion ships.

I loved your herbalism mod, so I'll be looking forward to the next iteration.

To MSFD, since you appear to be answering question, what, if anything, is happening with the unarmoured skill, ie, is there still ac ratings. Only, on the [other] forums they're saying there is no unarmoured skill, I don't understand that.
