[Dark Souls II]

I played it for a few hours. Didn't like it.

Yeah the start of the first game is slow and generic af. The combat of the first game is also quite simplistic (only one armor slot, less weapons, most combat is parry/dodge). Combat in Black Souls II is much more complex, 2 armor slots + shields/guns, 4 ring slots plus dozens of unique weapons, and each weapons has at least 3 unique attacks. You can also switch weapons at will during combat. Late game content has enemy effects that fully disable things like HP regeneration or dodge, and enemies deal % instead set damage, so grind is irrelevant and you have to find the right strategy for each encounter.

We have no bestiality, and there's no true monsters in the game; everything is either an alien, robot, or human hybrid.
I don't think restraints or anal really qualify as "fetish fuel", but they're a very small amount of scenes in the game.

But yeah, I'd say it fits almost everything on your lists, then, if tentacles bother you.

In addition to playing What a Legend, which is pretty damn good VN but is unfinished and seems abandoned, I've just played a game called Hooked and it was fucking good.

See past the girls appearance - that's not modernity but actually early 00s design: the game takes place in the noughties. Anyway, I loved it but the development has only started, there's only 2 small chapters so far (see f95) hope it'll be released at some point.

Personally, I would prefer a game like this that acknowledges sexuality but doesn't try to cater to all tastes. Or just allow you to select if you're a nice guy or a sadist and leave it at that.

Hm, that is a good question. I'm unemployed at the moment and my background is in software development, so I have been trying to find a kind of game that I can make by myself in less than a year. Next to variants of Tetris, Candy Crush and other crap, most is linear 2D stories and/or porn. Which is not about programming, but about creating graphics.

So, yes, if I would do something like that, it would be a game engine that makes it easy for content creators to turn that content into a game without programming. If you look at Unreal Engine, it's extremely easy to have a 3D model walk around and perform basic actions. But as soon as you make a design outline about what you want to show, you need a whole studio full of different specialists to make it happen.

And in this intersection of content presentation, seen from my recent research that included porn games, my pet peeve is static tits and the clothing around them. So if you're going to unwrap your 3D model, please make sure your animations are up to the task. Which is definitely lacking in most current tools.

But not make it strictly low fantasy, just add some cool monsters/abominations/demons, whatever, also make magic rather rare and potentially dangerous to wield.
And of course add brothels and potential sexual encounters, but don't make them into fucking cutscenes, add some gameplay and mechanics to them... hehe.
