Bought it. Will let you guys know. It is an Atelier game so do not expect surprises since the formula is roughly the same between games.

THE BREAST, BUTTCHEEK AND CLOTH PHYSICS ARE BUGGED ON THE PC RELEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111

Good news: The basic breast sway from side to side works because it's part of the basic animation and not an actual physic.

Bad news: All of the hair and cloth physics don't work if the FPS goes above 30. THAT'S RIGHT BUDDY! You have to cap the framerate, (and manually, btw, there is no tool to do it in-game lol) to 30 FPS for the hair, cloth and BUTTCHEEK physics to work!!!!!!!!

Here's how the she runs in the console version of the game and/or on PC version with frame-rate capped to 30:

In the PC version if you're playing at above 30fps, which would be everyone who installs it because the game doesn't cap its own frame-rate, then you will not get any of that except a light breast sway from side-to-side.

THIS MEANS HER COAT WILL NEVER RAISE ENOUGH FOR YOU TO WATCH HER BUTT CHEEKS JIGGLE AS SHE RUNS, AND EVEN IF IT DID THEY WOULDN'T JIGGLE ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Info on upcoming optimization update

Thank you for purchasing Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout.
Currently, we have received a lot of feedback from players regarding optimization.
After reviewing player feedback we have been looking into ways to improve the optimization of the game to resolve the mentioned issues. We are planning to release an update soon.

Update details:

1. Addition of graphic options

An option to adjust various graphic expressions in the game will be added to the launcher displayed before starting the game.
Using the graphic option, you can adjust it according to your PC environment.

2. Addition of mouse operations

In addition to the keyboard, mouse options can be set from the launcher displayed before the game starts.
You can play the game using the mouse by setting any controls to various buttons on the mouse.
Activating the “Allow mouse operation” option enables camera operation with the mouse.

3. Adjustment of screen resolution setting

Regarding the screen resolution that can be set in “Settings” of the launcher displayed before starting the game, it will be adjusted so that the maximum resolution can be selected according to the connected monitor even if it is not in full screen mode.

4. Improvement of usability

A function will be added so players can leave the game from the desk in the Atelier.

Based on the number of reviews and concurrent players, this must be the best-selling Atelier game on Steam.

Update information(2019/11/08)

The following update has been released.

1: Addition of graphic options

“Graphics Options” has been added to the "Startup Environment Settings" screen in the Settings menu of the launcher displayed before the game starts.

On the screen that appears after selecting "Graphics Options", the graphic settings can be adjusted according to your PC environment.
 
2: Addition of mouse operation settings

"Mouse settings" has been added to the "Startup Environment Settings" screen in the Settings menu of the launcher displayed before the game starts.

On the screen that appears after selecting "Mouse Settings", check “Enable Mouse Operation” to operate the camera, change the distance, and change gathering tools by using the mouse.
You can also use the mouse scroll wheel to select items where list operations are needed such as on the main menu.
In addition, an optional controller button can be mapped to the mouse to control certain options.
Note: To change the gathering tools, press the key corresponding to the RB button while operating the mouse scroll.
 
3: Addition of A button, B button switch function

A function to switch the key corresponding to the A and B buttons has been added to the "Startup Environment Settings" screen in the Settings menu of the launcher displayed before the game starts.

4: Support for monitors other than 16:9 screen resolution

In instances where monitors other than 16:9 screen resolution are used, the issue where full screen mode was not displayed correctly has been fixed.
 
5: Usability improvement

Players can now leave the game from the desk in the Atelier.

6: Other adjustments

The icon added to the desktop when the game is installed has been fixed.
In addition, the issue that the icon might not be named has been fixed.

The bug that occurred at high frame rates has been fixed.

The review score now has turned to Mostly Positive, mostly because the wave of negative reviews died down around the time that Koei posted that update is coming.

Whoa. The game really DID sell well. Koei's Warriors 4 release or whatever had the exact same bug, physycs went out of sync for some anims at high frame rate, and they never fixed it on that game.

Warriors orochi 4 was a cash graba nd was never gonna get any support minus more dlc.
They usually update their steam games with varying degree of actually fixing major bugs.
