What? Lol.

Sen's fortress is only hard when you decide to go to the bottom and fight those last two Prowling Demons. You can't separate them. You can't roll effectively because of the water. You're fucked.

The rest is easy.
Get the ring that allows you to run around in water normally, it's easy mode after that.

Oh that's cool. Surprising you have three, usually they are a pretty rare drop. That said, if you stack strength (up to 40 or so) the normal (+10, +15) version will end up outdamaging the fire version for most enemies.
Channeler's trident is rare drop. I have too many manserpent swords, I don't bother to collect them anymore.

Why would you need all these fancy girly weapons when the Zweihander is readily available at the very start of the game.

After I seen one piece of crystal soul mass hit Manus for 81, I took Balder shield +10 and Bastard sword and mauled Manus in close combat.

'cuz Zwei for 'Kwa-lity' build fags.

Most everything in the DLC is highly resistant to magic/elemental attacks. Exception being Pyromancy if you stack the cheese high enough. You can 'one shot' Sanctuary Guardian and Artorias with Bellowing Ring+Red Tearstone+Power Within+Dusk Crown+Fire Tempest. So long as you can get off 15+ pillars without getting hit they'll die. Not sure if it would work against the others but it would be harder to pull off.

DS1 pure sorcery still hits DLC bosses hard. The big thing is that DS1 has something like subtractive damage threshold and so split damage gets wrecked against anything with appreciable resistances/armor (like: DLC bosses) because it's hitting two different DTs. Sorceries aren't split.

Whereas I believe DS2 has only percentile damage resistance under the hood which means there's no thresholding/split damage effects. They just nerfed the fuck out of damage spells towards the end of the patches, which makes them feel shitty (although they're probably still basically effective, it's just that they're not skip enemy buttons anymore).

It's fun once to see an int 50 crystal soul spear with whatever catalyst I don't remember blow a quarter of Manus' lifebar off.

i can never get into caster builds, just not any fun for me. Either in Dark Souls 1 or 2. I always go melee and take some pyromancy and/or miracles for backup.

Sorcery is good if you're doing a coop/helper character. Otherwise it's pretty boring. You can still mix it up in melee with Velka's Rapier and such.

Finished it. I had true ending.

That one where meet serpents, and Solaire lights the flame. Too bad there is no animation for that.

Killed Sif in chaos witch clothes, Priscila scythe, and that quick dodge ring.
Obliterated Nito fairly easily with some spells and few hits from enchanted longsword.
And
Finished Gwyn in chaos witch clothes, black knight shield, and enchanted longsword. He fallen relatively quickly.

DLC dungeons are all awesome, each in its own way.

They all kind of specialize in a few things and these things are typically different from one another. They are also good at foiling popular player strategies. If DS 2 was all like the DLC areas, it'd be the best souls game without a doubt.

Also, some really fun boss fights.

And the GREATEST OPTIONAL AREA HAHAHAH GET FUCKED YOU STUPID SCRUB YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GUD HAHAHAHA

I have finally reached Anor Londo (after dying to Iron Golem 15+ times). Compared to some of the areas I have explored before (Blight Town, Catacombs, Sen's Fortress) it is actually pretty relaxing, at least so far.

HOW?

I always thought the boss was a joke by the designers: after the whole fortress you'd expect the boss not to be a pushover. But he can even fall down and die, and he drops for a moment after you hit his leg a few times. What did he do to you? ;)

Anor Londo was the first and only time in my gaming career where I asked myself what the fuck was I doing with my life.

Cool concept though.
