Lolve how there are never more than 4 dialogue options but there are 6 buttons on the "wheel."

Seen a few six-options so far.

So, so far what i am feeling after playing it for a bit:
The Bad:
*Lack of zoom is horrible. Targeting enemies is really difficult, especially with the rifts.
*Loading time is atrocious
*Some weird bugs (Varric or me began with his first two levels on backstab double dagger skill. Gee).

The Good:
*Some actual good dialogs and more interesting characters
*Gameworld seems vast. Unsure how true it is.
*Seems like there is a complex crafting system. Unsure if it will ruin he game or make it better, but i am hopeful.
*No healing after combat, making you be careful on ressources*
*Beside the zoom issue, the combat is actually much better than expected.

Doesn't seem to matter- bringing things down didn't dimnish the loading time enough for me to note. It's apparently a 'Do you have a SSD' thing. The engine it's working on apparently have very slow load time, and has the maps are pretty big, it can easily take multiple minutes for each transition.

Thanks for posting this. It's fascinating how bad it appears, considering Skyrim was famously released on 11/11/11 - three years ago. I don't know what I was expecting, but wow... I have given Skyrim a hard time for not being Morrowind, but for crying out loud. I take it all back.
Also, this *really* jumped out at me at the 9:03 mark. What the hell...?

It looks like a really bad Dragon's Dogma clone. Like, really, really bad. Strip out the missions, the pawns AI and leveling system, the ability to stray from the critical path, any nuance, and voila.

Don't know why so many complain about characters being not being attractive. I prefer a game were everyone doesn't look like models. Like Starcraft 1 kerrigan over SC2 sudden vapid model. If the complaint had been that their design was bad, sure, but now I see so much whining about their appearance. Is that really such a problem for you?

Starcraft (unlike DA:I) isn't a harem dating simulator with partial nudity, where you choose your waifu from amongst all of your bed partners.

Yet.

It cannot be stated enough: the personal beauty of your waifu is of critical importance in a dating simulator.

Ah, I remember the good old days, when we spent an hour in character creation, choosing the attributes, skills, feats, traits, classes and race. Now we spend an hour in character creation playing dressup with a doll, puting up makeup, eyeshadow and lipstick.

Vehemently denying that Bioware games are all about the romances and not the combat because she gets distracted and looks away during every dialog. Meanwhile Mulder can't stop playing 'cause Mulders gonna Mulder.

(incidentally it was surprisingly difficult to find a decent mulder with porn picture. this one's not that great either but i reached my quota of xfiles porn photoshops for one evening in the image results)
