Are you sure you get an automatic win? All I got was a crappy 5 glory bonus for being autobalanced.

Autobalance functionality has been updated to give a new volunteer bonus to any players who volunteer for balancing, as well as giving any players balanced the winner bonus. When volunteers are lacking, random selection will be used.

Unless it's bugged. Not that I care much, achievements are for consoletards.

If you get flipped after having made a signifigant contribution (probably x points but I dunno, they didn't specify the exact mechanics) and a majority of the match has passed whn you get autobalanced you retain the winning bonus. Whether or not you voulenteer is irrelevant. Manatee is talking out of his ass again.

In other news, upon reading the patch notes further, energy sigils took a big hit. Only 25%energy restored instead of 50%. Also, necromancer epidemic had its range reduced because the class totally needed another way their skills can miss on top of all the ones who are still bugged to hell.

So i played untill lvl 11 so far, and its not bad, but far from keeping me in, i kinda regret buying it. Let's see:

They copied the Warhammer Online public quests and made them more diverse but more shitty as gameplay and also very bad or non existent rewards, which is basically all the PVE. I did almost all Tasks in Queens Fart Dale, and the rewards were horrible. In warhammer online at least you got great rewards and u knew at some point what you will get, before doing the public quest i mean "tasks"... inovashuuuun....

Crafting is hilarious. They faked a system that it seems complex at first but its actually very dumb. You discover recipes?! Which actually are an improved version of a item with a rune on top of it, its beyond stupidity and i love crafting in games, even the Aion crafting system was superior, WoW too (cant believe i said that...). I loved those games that let me craft several sets before hitting lvl 10 or 20, here... not really possible. Not interested in high end crafting.

Yes there is a lot of polish and passion in the game, lovely enviorments and a superb map feature and a holding hand when you piss plus decent combat for a thempark but is not enough. I really dont get this Devs, Warhammer Online did a superb PvE with public quests and their rewards, zone rewards and achievements that actualy gave you rewards (NOT POINTS) for exploring and doing strange things, from titles to trophies and weapons, it can get any better than that. Why not take that system and work on it ffs.

For the unexperienced mmo gamer this game is great, for those that played several serious theme parks and sandbox, is a mediocre game done well. Still is probably the best themepark at the moment, so sad lol.

Source? Because that obviously contradicts their very clear update notes. Pardon me for expecting update notes to be correct. I understand you have a problem comprehending English, so I excuse any mistakes you may have made in reading them.

Why the fuck should we pardon you when you've repeatedly shown yourself to be a monumentual retard who can't be arsed to try shit out ingame when it conflicts with your doctrine of hiding in a zerg mob?

Seriously manatee, just keel over and die already. You ceased being entertaining long ago and I'm far from the only person who's pointed you you're an idiot in this thread. I just don't bother sugarcoating it.

You must've played a different Warhammer then, since most of the random chest awards, including keep take overs were a cause of not getting any reward for the time spent.
And weapons and gears? Spend your karma. That is your quest reward.

Aesthetics aside, forging that weapon is a cool concept and a massive project. It's too bad stuff like that seems limited to MMO's.

*edit, bits retracted for stupidity.

The highest contribution for pve and pvp was clearly shown for that arrea, and you had specific good rewards if you reached a certain level of contribution. the rewards from public quests were somewhat random, but based on how well you did in the PQ but i remember geting specific type of items if i played that PQ for more time, so not really random. Castle had those gear vendors. Here you get karma and thats it. And with that you can purchase horrible rewards from those Tasks NPCS, or maybe those high end Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 npcs in cities. Woaaa. It simply defies the purposes of doing the PQs, cough, i mean Tasks.

Why the fuck did i do them if they have no rewards just karma, the fun? Most of them are not that fun either, so da fuck are u guys smokin? Thats like the 80% of the PVE.

uh..karma is like...usable from 1-80. I still fail to see why this is a problem.
Isn't it great to have a reward that is never obsolete?

The problem is, that is did some event and i get Karma that i can use at some point, i want a specific reward even useless on that event. So i can remember that, and maybe even use it. Whats the purpose of doing those events then? Fun? They are not that good.

Currency is the cheapest way for rewards. Sorry thats the most horrible thing WoW and other shitty mmos invented. Currency to spend on some stupid vendors.

I remember in Warhamer Online (since they copied 50% of that game and called it inovashun and next gent GW2) there were trophies that you can add to your armor or just show to your friends from just random achievments on the map. Kill 10 trolls. Listen to 10 stupid dumb mmo players. Listen to 10 stupid popamole gamedesigners talking about accessibility. You get a physical reward.

Overall GW2 is a major decline.

well, then don't play the fucking game, usually games are to have fun with, not for receiving some virtual rewards, lol

Isn't Karma basically always obsolete? You can get much better equipment for a pathetic amount from the trade post. Go hunting all over several maps for karma rewards that may not have the bonuses you want vs spending a few silver on the exact equipment you want with the most optimum stats, with no time wasted. Nevermind drops, with which you'll probably not need to do either of these unless you are unlucky or can't live without the 5% boost from the newest level of equipment. Sure, there are a few edge uses, but nothing really substantial.

Uh.. Experience so I can level up? Money to buy things with?

Uh, no, you seem to be confusing the dynamic events (orange circles) vs the renown (heart) quests. The dynamic events are the ones that are similar to WAR's public quests. You do get specific rewards from these on completion often. I usually get a couple blues each time. AND I get money and karma. Sometimes you have to loot the boss or open a chest or something. But these do not make up 80% of the PVE.

The renown quests, which do make up 80% of the PVE, are not anything like WAR's public quests. What are you smoking? The heart quests are a substitute for regular MMO quests - WAR had these, too.
