I don't remember any difficult fights (on Hard) besides the final one. SC is a whole different story thoughsurprising if sky fc is that easy on hard, with nightmare its the second hardest game after sc
I am indeed happy with the challenge in Reverie! It's been pretty solid across the board so far. Hoping the trend continues in Kuro no Kiseki. This enemy speed modifier in Abyss mode, wow. Jinn will be happy . Cold Steel 4 Nightmare in comparison:
rean's games exist to exemplify the decline being present among jap games alsoStill playing through Cold Steel 2, just reached Reverie Corridor, and holy FUCK, can this game just end already?
And I thought having to level up my characters a dozen levels before the "final" (lol not final) battle in the castle was going to be the end of my trouble, but now there is *another* fiNaL DuNGeoN I'm supposed to clear before it's truly over.
The concluding section of this game (Final chapter and the rest) IS dragged out beyond all reason, it's exhausting
Though it's a good thing you once again get to play Towa, Alfin and the other characters that are not part of Rean's class.
It is not that I wasn't enjoying it (at least gameplay-wise), but rather that the final did come out overly prolonged. And how can I just leave it at that when I've already made it this far, I just need to gather my strength for this final pushYou could, I don't know, just stop playing if you're not enjoying it?
Yeah, after CS4 i haven't been in a rush to play the crossbell games or anything else. Although i'm still waiting on a good sale for 'em.These games really aren't meant to be marathoned. Not only do I think it's important to pace your playthroughs and maybe even take breaks, but also to remember that they often come out a year or two between each other. Burnout will happen, and will mar your enjoyment of the games.
What games do I need to play before Reverie
At least the Crossbell Duology and the Cold Steel tetralogy. What games do I need to play before Reverie

Anyone suggesting that Sky FC is a better game than any of the Cold Steel games is a retard.
