Constitution affects your chance of falling unconscious when at low blood levels

I don't think this mechanic would be fun. It's a little like a gun jamming.

Please, stop with the generic fantasy shit already.

I know just the right soundtrack for that:

Modern setting detective story, no grinding enemies for exp, enough non-linearity and build differentiation so that it's not just another adventure game.
So, literally Disco Elysium.

A high fantasy grand strategy game with an actual political and population simulation but then i just play an unlanded character and am either and arch mage or a leader of a merc company with mages and i take jobs that spawn emergently from the AI nobility and shit.

All NPCs and enemies can be killed and won't respawn. I can commit genocide and live free in a world without external misery.

Shadorwun: Hong Kong
  1. Non-fantasy setting (only science fantasy will do)
  2. Firearms
  3. Turn-based
  4. No trash mobs (all fights are unique, even if there's no plenty of them)
  5. Isometric
  6. Writers kept at bay (NO WALLS OF TEXT, NO VERBOSITY, NO LOREDUMPS, DIALOGS ON POINT)
  7. Not too long
  8. Replayable (some gated content but not as extreme as AoD)

Daggerfall but its procedural generation is sophisticated enough to create a world as detailed as that of Gothic.

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is. Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture I helped put crap in Monomyth
A game collaboration between Yasumi Matsuno x Chris Avellone.

Alas, it is not meant to be.

One got burnt out after he had to fight for his vision of his biggest project, and the other was a victim of unfounded rape accusations.

A first-person, turn-based blobber that combines the setting of In the Mountains of Madness/The Thing with a plot reminiscent to The Heart of Darkness. It could be set in the modern day, in history, or even a generic medieval fantasy initially, but players get stronger by warping their abilities more and more by madness. Instead of random encounters, it would have enemies that patrol/ hunt down the player as he explores. Blobbers seem ideal for portraying non-Euclidean/higher-dimensional geometries in a way that actually affects gameplay, so I don't know why a competent Lovecraftian blobber hasn't been done before.

It's a real shame that the only good Lovecraftian dungeon crawler game I can think of is Bloodborne, and they only really used the Lovecraftian elements as set dressing.

High level magic
High level sci-fi
Go fucking crazy with it, over the top and nonsensical
Aliens riding cyborg dinosaurs
Gaint robots and dragons fighting
Middle ages knights with guns
Ai rebel against ancient gods
All of this with 2D Hand Painted background and isometric view.

Hopefully, it's already in development :
  • Colony Ship?
  • KotC 2 subsequent official or fan-made (You're our only hope Dorateen-Kenobi) modules
  • Maybe a Realms Beyond resurrection?
  • Call of Saregnar?
  • Fallout Van Burren Yesterday's mod?

Or Prelude to Darkness in ToEE's engine...

Actually, he ain't wrong. We are in the best realistic dystopian player death RPG. I hope your random start determination and geneology stats are good.

Health packs, loot drops, ammo and weapon drops are heavily nerfed... raize dem skillz
