Codex 2014 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy

Strange blurb for this one. It brings up the Amstrad CPC and its "colour palette" which suggests a West European origin, while literally screaming 'I'M MEGA MAN' at you from all angles.

This looks far more suitable to the NES-crowd, and to be a fun one at that.

Has some Heart of Darkness vibes. Demo is available.

Edit: Finished the demo, and it's fine. The puzzles are too simple and the game is overall too easy, but the potential is there. Definitely wishlisted.

Pendulo are the developers of the Runaway series. I doubt they have the same people around this time though. PnC adventures were a big hit in Spain in the 90s and early 00s... The game seems to pick up its visuals from the recent animated movie, looks fine.
