Grabbed DMC4 because DMC3 is just annoying to play on the PC.

Bought the GTA pack for my gf, because she loves San Andreas on the console.

Is Dark Messiah multiplayer still even active?

How does HOMM5 compare to King's Bounty Armored Princess (or even the Legend). I'm definitely getting Messiah and even though it's only another $2.50 wondering if I should get the full pack, too, as I'm probably going to get Armored Princess when it inevitably comes up as a daily. Don't really need two games from this genre as the games usually give 60+ hours and sort of wear on me after awhile.

With the release of mod tools for Empire I'm anticipating some community love.
Gotta love their bullshit reasons about releasing mod tools when no one gives a fuck anymore - "we made everything so complex omg even we barely understand what's going on, we were just keeping you safe bros ok?"

bought heroes 5 pack in case I want to play it during the summer.

Another day with nothing of interest. Might try Shogun 2 but after the disappointment that was Empire it will have to even cheaper than that for me to buy it.

Shogun 2 is actually a good game and a million times better then Empire.
This. Shogun 2 is arguably the best Total War.

I was gonna say skip the whole pack and just get Tribes of the East, but since you want DMoMM too, fart.
Honestly I wouldn't compare them if you're just looking for campaigns. HoMM5 campaigns didn't really tickle my fancy at all, and King's Bounty is a different (And I'd say better) beast for that. HoMM5 is best played in one-off maps, and Tribes of the East includes all races/items/stuff and a random map generator. If you want a campaign then King's Bounty is the way to go, if you just want to skirmish when the mood strikes you HoMM5 is the way to go. Or just buy both since it'd cost you $2.50 to throw HoMM in with Dark Messiah.

And good catch on the Eschalon games. Might snag those too.

Yeah, that's what I figured and, yes, I'd only be playing for single player/campaign. Just going to grab Dark Messiah and put the other $2.50 towards Armored Princess. Oh, I'm also getting the Paradox Fantasy pack that includes Elven Legacy so I figure that's enough extra TBS on top of AP.

Ah well, got the Spacechem DLC. Was tempted by the helm for Retribution but it turned out to not be wargear at all but a custom theme for multiplayer.

Also where is the ploughing Killing Floor update?

Looks like the Alien Breed ticket/achievement is messed up. 0% of people have it Steam claims, and the wording is such it kinda sounds like you have to play the whole campaign in co-op to get it which is really ridiculous.

Yeah I laughed at the requirement for that one when the others take maybe five to ten minutes tops.

I'm just getting the free tickets. If it's going to have one each day then it's more than enough to get the stuff I want.

I don't go out of my way for them. If it's a game I have, I'll reinstall (if needed) or if it's a game I want I'll buy it. It was funny to see people buy Lead & Gold for $2 just for a ticket when the multiplayer has been dead since it's inception.

So I tried to search for Dark Messiah on Steam. I get this:

Capture%20%282%29.PNG

Why the hell don't they want my money?!

Is this possible to circumvent?

The Steam servers were also getting hammered pretty badly the last day or two. Try it again later and see if it works? I've definitely had weird errors occur before due to high traffic.

Dark Messiah multi would have been great if it wasn't so laggy, another company made it though, not the same one as the single player. The single player campaign is great, totally worth it.
