It always was and will remain the best one. The last one not to be tainted by always-online DRM, endless DLCs, terrible pricing etc. The worst thing is that the new trilogy is quite good, but the way release, marketing, and post launch support have been handled is beyond retarded. FMV games should remain dead. It is atrocious when used for gameplay purposes and is visually inferior compared to good quality pixel art. The only exceptions are cutscenes/briefings, and even then you have to put effort into making your costumes look good and actors convincing in their act.
