I'd help but never even looked at a video of it so... no idea. Default would be to fuck it and wait for 75% off.

Apparently Game of Thrones is mediocre and bland, albeit with a decent story. Combat is real time with pause, inventory and interface are clunky.

And capping everything off, looks like nothing much. Already got all the vote games, Tiny and Big might be fun but will surely be in an indie bundle, don't give enough of a shit about DC Universe Online, got the Bit Trip games, got Dragon Age Origins (naturally).

I've played some SoaSE Rebellion, and let me tell you bros... It's still SoaSE. Which is a bad thing for me since I didn't like it. I figured there'd be more new content to the game after two "Mini-expansions" and Rebellion which is a stand alone expansion, but nope. I see a few small expanded areas but they're extremely minor. Probably blew it buying that Stardock bundle at $30 but oh well.

Strap Yourselves In Codex Year of the Donut Codex+ Now Streaming! Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is. Torment: Tides of Numenera Wasteland 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
i don't like GoT at all... it's shit. The only positive thing is C&C, music is crap, atmosphere is just ok, dialogues are terrible... it's worth 2.50€, maybe 5€ at best.

Max Payne 3 is still next gen shit ...

So is Max Payne 1 and 2 by that definition.

Fuck GoT...I decided to pick up the bards tale to fund Wasteland 2 some more....and to listen to the banter between Jay and Elwes one more time...worth it for that alone.

Better than DA2 at any rate.

Nexus is very good, just unbalanced in many missions because Sierra was dying around that time and there was no effort made to shore up this obscure title by VU. Still looks fantastic though, ships look like they could look in the near future and the nice realism like seeing the directional thrusters fire to change position or slow down is cool. I recommend toning down the difficulty when you reach the clusterfuck missions(you'll know them when you see them). A tragedy that this title wasn't expanded on, the engine still serviceable today and it was reasonably easy to mod.

Ys: Oath in Felghana is pretty cool. I'm only playing on Medium and the boss fights are pretty ass kickingly difficult. For 4 cyber moneys you'll be surely entertained and greatly challenged in a game that rewards player skill rather than grinding. Of course this is provided that you can stand the anime graphics are a man of acquired tastes

bros re: Gratuitous Tank Battles here is my rant from Strategy Gaming

Just tried a bit of this.

Boring charmless tower defense about finangling numbers, Kingdom Rush is still better and even Kingdom Rush is good for only one full playthrough

That makes unlocking parts by having to repeatedly grind victory on maps boring as fuck and oh fucking yay a +20% reload speed attachment, ooh a mark 3 version of the mark 1 and 2 laser guns I have

soldiers and turrets having different spots types that they can be placed on (emplacements, trenches) is different at least

Awkward UI (use wasd to scroll map but slow as shit, use left mouse drag to move at usable speed but that also means you have to hold down shift to drag select), click on unit see icons and names for parts but no statistics for them

Graphics are worse than GSB even though there's no blobbing because lol WW1 dark brown/grey/green mechs, tanks, turrets and tiny infantry in brown trenches in a grey-brown interface so the whole omg RETRO FUTARE thing is just larping at the max zoom distance you'll be seeing this shit from, redrawn iconic propaganda posters in loading screen are okay but that's it

banal tank battles

also if you want Sniper Elite V2 amazon has the steam key for ten bucks less

TWitcher 2 for 16 €. Hmm...

But! Right now GOG is running a Witcher sale, both parts together for 17 $, which should be about 14 Euro (or 2nd part alone for 20$? :?)
Sorry Gabe, no money from me today...

Due to the exchange rates paying 15 USD it also becomes even cheaper than paying the same in Euros, it's essentially another 25% of. So with the exchange rate in mind it's less than half the price buying it there for those of us located in Europe. Nice find. 12,5 euro compared to 25.

Pretty much convinced you'll see Dungeon Defenders and Derp Rising 2 OTR as dailies during one of the next three days if these patterns hold.

I'm also convinced that these 'flash deals' are just valve's way of spreading daily deals they're going to run anyway around the week in 'omg it will last for few hours only GETNOW' form

so right now they have the slow burning pitch of 'yesterday's deals are about to go' and the impulse buy driven flash sales along with the dailies

casual customers don't follow this thing that closely anyway to notice the repetition so it'll work on them

Jesus, is this the fourth time Amnesia has been on sale?

after that last humble bundle I'll be surprised if anyone here still needs amnesia
like you'll pay five bucks for it now when you could have had it plus several others for a dollar or possibly 10 cents in some cases

If you fucks missed the Saints Row 3 sale, today it's on sale on Amazon for $10, even cheaper.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...e=390957&creativeASIN=B005OMM66A&linkCode=as2

You get a Steam key with it and it's a digital download. It says US customers only, but if you add a fake US address it will let you purchase it with no complaints at all. It works fine, I did it with Deus Ex: HR and this game. I just thought a few people might give a shit.

Any opinion on the games in the indie bundle of the day? It's the first one were I either don't already own half the games or have no interest in them what so ever, but a couple of these do look like potential fun.

And when is Warlock and Victoria 2 going on sale already. :rpgcodex:

You'd be surprised. There were tons of people on Cheap Ass Gamer who missed the Humble Indie Bundle. How that's possible with a two-week window I have no idea.

And when is Warlock and Victoria 2 going on sale already.

Warlock had a flash sale already -- the discount was shit making it $7.70ish US. Unless you have access to a Russian friend like the other guy you are better off buying the Pintsize Paradox Pack from Amazon (just use some fake US shipping address) for $7.50. You get a Warlock Steam key along with CK2 DLC, Majesty Gold HD, and Majesty 2 Collection.
