I voted for Risen in the next round. I still don't have it, but I already have Divinity II and the Two Worlds games. There's probably not much chance for Risen to win, though.

Unless I am having a case of the dumb-dumbs, then if you don't mind watching an advertisement every time you boot it up, you can get Risen free at GamersGate:

http://www.gamersgate.com/FG-RISEN/risen

I haven't really used the free games thing yet though, so I am not sure if its available to anyone with an account or if you need to be special.
I never noticed this feature before you pointed it out. Is it new? I seem to have one open slot in my account. There is also one other slot marked with "Invite a buddy", whatever that means. I have to try this out.

CKII on flash sale. Get it now bros.
that piece of shit gabe didn't apply the discount to sword of islam
I'll be damned, you're right. When it was on a daily deal for 75% it included Sword of Islam.

Tempted by Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet. Since it's published by Microsoft it probably won't be in an indie bundle.

Thinking about grabbing the complete Splinter Cell pack. Probably shouldn't though.

If you decide to get Splinter Cells, just go for Chaos theory. It's so far ahead of the others in terms of gameplay/storeh it's not even funny. If you MUST have MOAR splinter cells, go for the original, followed by pandora tomorrow. AVOID double agent/conviction.

If motion sickness is an issue, be warned that mission #2 in Chaos Theory is on a ship and the camera bobs back and forth which made some people a bit queasy.

Bought Machinarium during flash sale this morning (EU time). Human Revolution deal is nice but I don't think I'll be playing that again in a couple of year at least.

Toy Soldiers is actually one of the first games out that will apparently purposely drop that shit in favor of Steam: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2804701
:what:
Oh shit, thanks for this news! Had that since a bro gifted it to me, and dropping GFWL is nice.

And thanks for the input Brominati. Probably just gonna end up skipping them, I played the original game and Pandora Tomorrow and thought they were ok, but I dunno if I really wanna play more of 'em. If I'm gonna spend $12 on ill-advised videogame today I'd probably be better off with Crysis 2 since I get more of a kick out of dumb FPS.

Codex 2012 Strap Yourselves In Codex Year of the Donut Codex+ Now Streaming! Dead State Project: Eternity Codex USB, 2014 Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath
Two games I really wanted to buy during this sale was Dead Island and Heroes of Might and Magic 6, and neither got 75% off.

This is exactly what I would've recommended, spot on.

That Shadow Planet game looks interesting, but I'd rather play platformers with a controller.

If the Ouya was out already it would be available on that. :smug:

All Splinter Cells 4 cheep (not just the new one).

Well that cunt skyway won't buy me the only 3 SC games worth buying and he gets them much cheaper.

Bullshit; Double Agent is fine. People just hatin' cause it's a bit different in that it's mostly in the day for a change and some extra gameplay mechanic. A bit simplified shadow meter was also a bullshit hate as the other SC games also had a three step grading though it was presented differently. Compare to Conviction where you either are in the dark or in the light, no middle. At heart it's still SC with creeping and hiding, alarms and shit, and probably the second best game. The first two were much more linear and schematic and don't allow you much freedom at all: shoot a civilian 'accidentally' or raise the alarm and it's game over. Double Agent isn't as good as CT but is a worthy addition.

Haters gonna lie and hate.

Ultimately almost every flash sale has become a daily deal and vice versa. Therefore anyone able to check the flash sales (which isn't very hard to do since they last like 6-8 hours each) sees almost everything go on sale like 4 days before its over.

Really hope Divinity II gets on flash sale. I promised myself I'd buy it as soon as it's +50% off (As I've wasted most of my summer-sale money on useless popamole games anyway...)

I'm sure it'll at least be a flash or a daily... although I think it already was at least one of those already.

Just be informed that Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet requires that piece of shit called "Games for Windows Live"...: http://steamdrm.flibitijibibo.com/index.php?page=DRM_Lists/The_Big_DRM_List

Toy Soldiers is actually one of the first games out that will apparently purposely drop that shit in favor of Steam: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2804701

Thanks for posting this, I just bought it and only realized after I had installed it that it was infected with GFWL and thus was completely unplayable for me.

Insanely derp shadow planet is fun, but GFWL. :decline:

Driver is entertaining if you like driving games and don't mind the hook, but I dislike the open world/win races to get story missions setup. And the ridiculous story is part of the charm.
