Sweet deal, but when are they gonna have an Ultimate Edition of Shogun 2?

Are Empire or Napoleon worth about the 5 euros they'll cost? I have everything else from there ('cept Total War Battles which I couldn't give a shit about).

Shogun 2 still gives me really weird graphical problems. Soldiers randomly turning into light blue squares.

No. Buy every Total War game but Empire and Napoleon. I did that mistake when Empire was released, learn from my experience.

For 5 euros you can have a pizza and it's going to be a well-spent money, unlike Empire/Napoleon purchase.

Rome Total War for 1 euro. It's like a pack of Lays.

I will at last see that awesomness of Total War series, as Empire is shit and I still regret buying it.

Rome is probably the best of the "new" Total Wars - though graphically it hasn't aged as well as Medieval 2. You may want to install mods so that you don't have to control armies of clones in bright red uniforms.

It must be really awesome, if it takes morons out of their fallouts 3
With all these hot games out like Fallout 3, FarCry 2, and so forth, this is the one thing that can bring me back to RTW. Nice work EB team.

Choose any 2 of these games for $15. They're all Steam keys except Batman.

Binary Domain
Men of War Assault Squad
Space Marine
Stronghold 3
Civilization 5

Binary Domain is surprisingly excellent. Even though it has cover don't be fooled, cover is just there to slow you down so you don't get the best ending. Space Marine is a really well done dumb action game, mash your way through a bunch of orkz. Civ 5 isn't nearly as good as Civ 4 but isn't entirely terrible. But honestly you'd probably be better off waiting for a complete edition sale on Steam for the $7 price.
Binary Domain and Space Marine for $15 is a lot of pretty good third person action for the price though.

Hahaha. I glanced at the Steam forum for Cortex Command since it patched (Didn't see any patch notes, harumph) and saw this.

I wonder if the guy saw the "About the Game: a project over eleven years in the making" on the store page for it or if it just didn't register in his mind. All the people being pissed about what they're getting for $20 are completely justified. The game's certainly kinda cool, but $20? And should it be launched at this point? Probably not. Hell, I've played two whole campaigns of it in an hour and a half of play time and easily won both, despite only playing maybe an hour before it was released on Steam.

Not really a Steam thing but fuck it. This thread is my home and I most post! Just ordered a 560TI to replace my crusty GTS250 (512 meg version). Hoping it'll fix my weird as shit Youtube issues as well as give me all the graphics I can eat (And finally make Witcher 2 playable). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130604 One of these, only I'm getting a used one for $125 since I'm a dork and don't like going much over $100 per computer part. Considering my GTS 250 lasted me a few years I'm hoping to wring at least 2-3 years out of this before upgrading.

Hoping for the best!:bounce:

You don't want to pay over $100 for GPU, but you buy so many shitty games you never even play? :?
