...not sure if to laugh or run away screaming.

Ragdoll Kung-fu the daily deal today. Not really interested in the game but I'm mildly tempted to grab it just because it was the first non-Valve game on Steam apparently.

Which is a really goddamn stupid reason to spend $2.50 so I'm telling myself I should spend that money on a bag of pretzel M&M's instead. Surely Gaben would approve of those even more.

Red Faction's always fun! Especially the multiplayer at LAN parties. Red Faction deathmatches are lovely. I miss LAN parties, damn you internet.

BROS I BOUGHT RED FACTION IT WAS FUN A LONG TIME AGO
I enjoyed playing the versus mode on the PS2, digging massive tunnels or undergrounds mazes.... shame that they abandoned the whole concept of destructable landscape, becoming only destructable scenery on the rest of the series...

I actually do that around other human beings forgetting that no one else knows what the fuck I'm going on about.

In other news I somehow wound up with something called Space Giraffe in my game library. Looks like a really ugly version of tempest.

Hah, yeah Cortex Command was in the very first humble bundle like two years ago.

Castle Crashers is slated to come out tomorrow but still no info on price or possible discounts. Anyone thinking of doing a four-pack of this if they offer one? Hard for me to justify getting it now since TL2 launched last week and my backlog is huge but if the price is decent~

Well, never mind. Not only did they do no preorder discount but there's no week one discount or even a four pack. And they're charging separately for some DLC. Looks like years of being console exclusive have made the developers ignorant as to how to market a three year old title on Steam.

It's not horrible but I've always had a chip on my shoulder against Behemoth for being console exclusive especially in the face of a rising PC market. Reminds me how stubborn the Dungeon Defenders guys were and then when they finally released (after a year delay because of Xbox certification) they sell ten times as many units on Steam and eventually just abandon console support. Behemoth basically put no effort into marketing this and with no kind of promo they'll probably do poorly and complain they were right not to release on PC all along.

Actually it looks like there's a four pack in the registry but it's just not listed on the store page.

It seems to be 4th bestselling on Steam right now so it will have decent sales at the very least, added it to my wishlist for the next GabeN-sale along with I Am Alive and Goblin Menace dlc for Trine 2

Unfortunately that's correct. I've also heard it's a somewhat bad port with no real M+K adjustment.
