I thought the first Darksiders was pretty crap and lame, for what it's worth. It had a banal american comic book style story and characters. Combat was super easy, shallow and the "RPG elements" felt tacked on, like they usually do. Now it's possible that they might have done better with the gameplay in the sequel, but everything else looks to be true. It'll also most likely be -75% during the Christmas sales.

The fact I bought Darksiders 1 for $5 in a Steam sale forever ago and have never even installed it after 2 years or so tells me Darksiders 2 is not worth $17 to me.

Someone's gotta lay the turds for you to copypaste in lieu of developing a personality, raw.

One of the Amazon DD Black Friday bundles will be:

Amazon Dude said:
Binary Domain+AVP+Viking+HellYeah+Condemned for $19.99.

Steam keys for all! At first I thought this was pretty good but realized I have no interest in Binary Domain or AVP and the rest (while interesting) are $15 base and would be like $3.75 each at 75% off (which they'll inevitably be) so unless I got like $6-7 for Binary Domain it's pretty meh.

I have actually just started playing that game after having it on my harddrive for what feels like a year. It's alright. Hack and slash, nothing more, nothing less. The UI sucks major ass, though. Just bad all around. And I find it rather difficult to trade items between characters.

I'd probably grab it but I don't feel like dicking around with setting up yet another online store account (with GMG). I'm sure it'll be peanuts on Amazon soon enough. That said, not particularly interested in it.

Green man gaming is just about the best place to get new steamworks games, they are usually 40% off or more pre-order.

Codex 2012 Strap Yourselves In Codex Year of the Donut Codex+ Now Streaming! Dead State Project: Eternity Codex USB, 2014 Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath
I got the LOTR:WitN for 1 euro, its 75% off, you can get 25% off voucher from their site and I got 2 games for free long time ago and traded them for extra discount. Also the game comes with a steam key so you dont need to install their launcher.

That THQ pack on Amazon is going live tomorrow for a few hours 3-6 or so Central Time:

S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl
Warhammer: Space Marine
Red Faction: Armageddon
Red Faction: Guerrilla
Homefront
Metro 2033

Anyone have any interest in STALKER, Guerrilla, or Space Marine for about $2.00 each? Thinking of buying the pack and selling off stuff I have/don't want.

Yeah I'm on the fence, Metro 2033 is the only one I think I'd want -- just don't know if I want to go through the hassle of trying to sell off the other keys on CAG. If you actually want the others games I doubt you'll find them for any cheaper than $2ish during Steam sales.

If you only want Metro 2003, Metro, it's on sale very regularly.

It is, but lowest I've seen is $5. Conceivably if I sell the other stuff for $2 I could get it for free. Plus I have like $50 worth of Amazon credit so I wouldn't even have to expend cash to make the initial purchase.
