Problem is you can always concoct a story about how and why someone might've wound up in this place or that. If you can do it for Kuttenberg, you could certainly do it for Sassau. In fact, some woketards even suggested detailed explanation (like the retarded Eurogamer review).

KCD2 moves into more populated and prosperous areas, the silver-rich Kuttenberg, so it's natural there would be some traders from afar, providing a bit of ethnic diversity.

And if rumors about a black medic are true, then he comes as part of King Sigismund's retinue - who was a ruler of large part of southern and central Europe.

If I had to venture a guess, the gay cutscene - provided it's even true in the first place - most likely has something to do with Istvan Toth, the gay villain from the first game, who managed to escape at the end of KCD1.

I seriously doubt that they're going to make Henry gay/bi/whatever.

Everything that has been shown in previews until now looks absolutely fantastic.
If the combat system really has been improved, that would be the icing on the cake.

I have 400h in the first game and never finished the main quest. Going to rectify that until KCD 2 drops. Started my current playthrough as peasant Henry and ignored the main quest for about 30h (again) just doing peasant Henry shenanigans.

Don't care about the black guy. I really doubt the "unskippable gay scene" stuff.

I think it's "unskippable" as in "the dev can't just remove the scene for the arab version" (maybe the player will end up in a different location afterwards and it would be too confusing). The arab government won't allow it based on an honor system where arab players promise to skip this one scene.
