Morrowind, just like many other old RPGs that nostalgiafags like to circlejerk over, is overrated trash garbage.

Anyway, Morrowind had a plenty of actual dungeons (such as Arknthand for example). Ancestral tombs were never meant to be huge dungeons, most of the time they didn't even contain a valuable loot. Tombs are just small underground chambers filled with cremation urns.

On the other hand, Skyrim being filled to the brim with elaborate dungeons is an immersion-breaking thing and another evidence that Skyrim is just a dumb theme-park.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Absent Lilura posting on the Codex, it is but a shadow of its former self. Devoid of character and prestige. A mere drunken, disheveled RPG connoiseur dribbling at the mouth...slack-jawed and vacant after too many martinis...shaken and stirred by past experiences. Now settling for light beer and pretzels at a bar of doubious patronage.

All the while knowing that one day a BG3 will saunter into the bar. A bar filled with young Billy Joe's. And when the dusty cowpokes of the Codex laugh them down, they'll be absent one of their best gunslingers...that ever rode into town.

Everyone and everything has a label on Codex. Globohomo, commie, jew, pole, vatnik, fascist pig etc. Obviously, every argument could be won once you determine label you can hang on opponent.

What triggered it anyway? It was acting all superior and arrogant and as if we were all below it and then I suddenly hear it ragequit? What happened?

RPGs are definitley about rich stories, intricate personal dramas and great adventures, not archaic tabletop math.

If I, trained witcher, strike topless bandit with sword, he shoud be dead or at least incapacitated immediatley, instead of stripped some part of abstract HP due to ancient convention.

People complaining about present-day RPGs coming out broken/half-finished are hypocrites at best, morons at worst.. This has been the case since the early 1990s, and nothing has changed since then. Anyone buying an RPG on release day has no one else to blame but themselves.
