Dwarves are even more disgusting than elves.

Mainly females.

In Arcanum, many places prohibit the entrance of manlets and some guys even ask more for a room since they will spend more time clearing the filth from the manlet. I just don't get why people hate elves so much. I mean, HALF orcs are the worst race. Alphatia should deport then all!!! And those who refuse to leave should be tortured till death, resurrected, tortured till death in a loop that will only end once resurrection magic fails. To discourage more from coming.

Compared to what?

:hmmm:

I wasn't making a comparison but, for one, I like the PoE portraits more. The way they are cropped makes them applicable to a wider variety of characters. You see only the face so, for instance, if you have a dwarf character, most of the pictures could be portraying a dwarf and it still makes sense. ID portraits reveal too much of the characters body, you can tell whether it's a human or a halfling, etc. and they would not be appropriate for other characters.
