Roberto's a lot easier once you unlock more classes at level 15. Use the extra abilities the new classes give you and abuse bleed on him and wait him out

I can almost get him down through Bladestorms, Counterattacks and bleeding. The problem in wearing him out is the overcharge that one-shots me.

Can't you just hit him?

Not as level 13. Even with Body Training and Bull Mark he can one-shot you with a crit.

EDIT: Sykar you probably realise this but you can drink a potion and act afterwards - just in case you didn't know. Very useful in this fight if all your masteries are setup for defense like mine

Right, good to know for when I play this game.

The crafting menus are a huge pain and you can't really make anything special early on. As you get more districts and progress in the game, money becomes less of an object, but I managed to get through the game without touching crafting until around level 35 or so. Much easier to just sell the any blue sneakers you don't want to equip and use the money to make sure no-one is using equipment that's 10 levels behind.
Eventually you will want to scrap everything but I wouldn't do it early on.

You need a perk to do that. I think its "Practiced hand" or something similar.

Quick question:

All missions on the Mission Control board are new, correct? You can't repeat missions here? I'm asking because I could swear I've already done some of the missions on the Mission Control Board, so I just want to make sure.

You don't. Using a potion just consumes an action, it doesn't end the turn.

Yeah I just figured that out, started one of them and I definetely did that before. Is there a way to see if a mission is new or not?

Well as I said red missions are story missions. The highest level of story mission should be the last one you got afaik.

Not what I meant sorry; I meant the other missions, how can you see if you've already done them? They are red if you haven't or?

EDIT: There's a little "New" symbol next to all my blue ones, but I definetely played through some of them as story missions:

My mistake. The perk makes using a potion a free action probably.

Pretty sure you played through all of them once for story missions. Story missions become repeatable after first completetion.

These are side missions that are based on the story missions assets. They look similar to the story ones, but some of them differ in terms of tactical design.

If there's the "new" symbol, it's new. Sometimes, a story mission and a standard case share the same map, but the missions themselves are different. I don't think there's a way to know how different a mission is from the others without playing it. All story missions disappear from that menu once you finish them, and you have to use the case record (accessible from the shelf on the right in your office) to replay them. Whenever there's a story mission with choices it's useful to replay it trying all the options because different paths can unlock different masteries.

If they just used the same map that would make sense, but in the one I just played, Jason was there and he delivered the same exact dialogue as the first time I played the mission.

Anyway thanks a lot guys!

Exactly as I first thought then, thx!

These are the scenarios where you can encounter Jason (it's not a great spoiler, but still):

Maybe you just saw the "boss introduction" twice in two different missions. You can disable that in the options (Gameplay -> Simplify Boss Cutscene) and I would advise you to do so (and to check all the other "simplify" options) because this game definitely doesn't need those small time-stretching animations.

Usually, it's easy to distinguish between story missions and standard cases, because story missions have a lot of "cutscenes" and dialogues intermissions.
