This bypasses the clan weakness. Additionally, the person gets blood bonded to Carna, so the whole merit is a scam and Carna's Tremere are unwittingly creating a web of sleeper agents for Carna's personal use.

I don't know what to say. Its no less Jesus Franco, but a bit of latter-day Hammer Horror too. The desperate, titties everywhere kind of Hammer Horror. While someone was calling a foreign government vampire homophobes, some guy was turning his porno novel into canon. V5 really is FUBAR.
