Is there any VN where the heroine routes come after the true route? why doesn't anyone do this?
Not on Steam but you should give School Days a try if you're looking for tons of endings.Any good VNs on Steam that have proper multiple endings rather than just a true ending & various bad ones and/or character-based routes?
I mean, drama is always "for the sake of drama". After all, they are a piece of written entertainment. Are there any VNs where the protag is not a highschooler/young adult, and the plot doesnt degrade into romancing/dicking routes or drama for the sake of drama (because anything less wont connect with emotionally distant spergs)?
This is absolutely correct. What's more is that he even puts his paws on the goods - just how sleazy can this dirtbag get? Unfortunately the VN is worse than high school soap drama. In Cartagra MC is an unemployed ex cop living in a brothel as a freeloader. At least this is what i read in the description. Never tried this VN.
...Like the Isaku-Shuusaku-Kisaku trilogy, where instead of being a high school student wrapped up in passionate love with delicate girls you play as a lower working class rapist...
if thats the infamous ntr one, isnt it written from the husband's perspectiveTo cite other lesser-known élf's works with an older protagonist, in their last game series/final game, the protagonist is a middle-aged quack doctor who is perpetually donned with white face paint.
That's a different game.if thats the infamous ntr one, isnt it written from the husband's perspectiveTo cite other lesser-known élf's works with an older protagonist, in their last game series/final game, the protagonist is a middle-aged quack doctor who is perpetually donned with white face paint.
I started reading this blindly
Cool start, 'post-apoc' setting, 18+ years old protag, etc.
One hour into the game and it turns into a slice of life school setting VN....
I almost dropped it in the spot. Thank God it looks like it will get better now.

He's obviously talking about the remake...It's been on PC for 24 years.
Censored version with probably woke translation, every single person supporting this is a clown.I wished they would fully remake it like Tsukihime, on the other hand I guess this is a way to get the "definitive" English translation.
Well, then he shouldn't use the name of a different game while said different game got addressed directly in the post above. Not to mention that the intelligence of some users here is rather questionable. He's obviously talking about the remake...It's been on PC for 24 years.
The Ultimate Edition is great for combining everything into one package, but TakaJun's translation is rough. Not exactly inaccurate, but it is wooden, clunky and reads like an amateur novel. If the official release's translation is at least passable (and it would be quite a feat for it to be worse than TakaJun's version), the ideal situation would be for fans to port it over to the Ultimate Edition (while keeping his work for the scenes that are exclusive to the original or, ideally, retranslating them in full).
