A button payment plan. It scales based on the popularity of the button in question. The more a particular button is used, the higher in value it becomes up to an arbitrary cap of $100 USD. If new users wish to use buttons, they'll have to pay the scaling fee to obtain access. I'm thinking this should be an annual fee, so that I can milk this for as much as its worth. This system will also encourage the use of less popular buttons, like thumbs down.

There's already so many options, even more than those I cited, and context-sensitive. If you can't find some way of looking down on someone with buttons, I'd say you're the pleb.
