What game are you wasting time on?

Lots and lots of Xenonauts. Stopped my playthrough on Normal (aliens couldn't hit the broad side of a barn) and switched to Veteran Ironman. Now the casualties are mounting just like in the original UFO: Enemy Unknown. LundB was a majestic shotgun murderswede, taking out 24 foul Xeno scum before departing for Valhalla. 2 months in and only 1 member of the original lineup remains.

So the current state of Xenonauts gets your bro-rated recommendation and approval?

I'm currently wasting my time on Broken Sword 2 among other things and goddamn this game is way worse than I remember it from when I played it the first time.
It's not funny, it's not interesting and the setting is horrible. I liked BS1 and replayed it prior to this one, but BS2 is horrendous.

I finally bought Xenonauts as well (hadn't played it since trying the demo shortly after the Kickstarter) and it's looking really good! :greatjob:

Just bought Might and Magic X so hopefully that entertains me a while.

Slowly slogging through nuThief and Bioshock Infinite's Thief-style second DLC.

Playing and reviewing Deus Ex: The Fall got me in the mood for more Human Revolution, so dabbling there as well trying to finally get the "no alarms" achievement.

Floating between Xenonauts (Damn you, Ulm) and Cataclysm. I'm having a bit of a masochist streak with the latter as I'm constantly rolling tweakers with an addictive personality. It never ends well. My best run ended thanks to a moose I didn't realize wasn't a hallucination, and I couldn't outrun it thanks to withdrawals absolutely trashing my stats.

Been playing ability draft in dota lately. Fun being completely OP. Glaives, strafe, blood rage, death pact all on a ranged agi hero. Tower destroyed within 3 seconds, despite minimal damage items. Or instagibbing people with 3 300 damage aoe nukes, and farming the shit out of everything near me. Especially funny after team called me a retard because I didn't have a big enough mana pool for those skills, as though mana is hard to get via items.

I'm not but trying to find one. On Monday an open beta for a PS that I want to play begins, so I'll be doing that once it starts. But I'm not going to re-install Path of Exile. I've considered re-visiting Torchlight 2, but can't seem to do that either.

Maybe I'll go 'borrow' a copy of Dark Souls for PC since I've never played it.

Been playing Banished for some time, it's fun for the first few hours, but the game runs out of things to do quite fast. It's not fun to build more houses to build more farms to build more houses until there's no more room and you can tell yourself you've 'won'. What is fun, however, is punishing the villager AI for doing stupid shit (like taking a route around a mountain and nearly dying of starvation) by sending the offending worker to the stoneworks. Or have the villagers first build a bunch of mines, then send all of them there and laugh dastardlily as they starve underground.

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is. Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture I helped put crap in Monomyth
Shadowrun: Dragonfall. Collecting money so I can get the info I want. Combat encounters are much better than DMS. The whole campaign in general is a big improvement over DMS. there are some quirks that will be annoying no matter how many campaigns they make with this engine.

I just beat Bravely: Default. Crap story but really fun gameplay. Can never go wrong with job systems. Didn't bother with the normal ending, went straight for the true ending.

Just finished The 39 Steps. Neat Visual Novel, or as they call it "interactive story". Great job in the visual and sound department, both manage to capture the mood quite adequatly. Once in the countryside, literally every new background is worthy of a screenshot.

The story in itself is good. Every now and then it makes you scratch your head, some parts of the story only loosely make sense. And the continuous luck the protag seems to have might be annoying. But overall it's a highly entertaining piece of fiction.

Codex 2014 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy
I got hooked on the LYNE game that sexbad gave me a copy of. (I'm extra grateful that I didn't have to look at any gay porn to get the code for it.) This is the kind of game that feels like a mini-game, yet can completely draw you in, I burned through the first three sets in an hour.

Finished Deus Ex Nihilus. Propably play now RedSun 2020 or The Nameless Mod. Kinda pity that there is no more missions for Deus Ex. Considering the size of Unreal Engine mod base there should be more?
Gosh, why they put that horrible voiceacting. It's far worse than vanilia one. Srsly.

Goes to Paris, found some chiefs but every one of them is useless!
The sell you soya food or send to the coffee machine.
Enemies, on the other hand, got better stuff in their cantine - burgers, french fries and else. :outrage:

And one thing amazed me - I've played in some Deus Ex mods, they got own cool, inspired by original, soundtracks.
And thing is - they got better soundtracks than biggest one - The Nameless Mod - which got own release on CD.
Last mission was same like in the vanillia - wandering in the long corridors. So exciting...

Some screenshots:
Well well, two most dangerous enemies in the same time. The most difficult part of the game. Who ever played any '90 FPS (HL or Deus Ex) then he get it.

War Leaders: Crash of nations
I finally gave up trying to get it to work properly, i can start the campaign but it crashes every time i go into 3d battle. The campaign map looks like a total war ww2 clone, and i really liked all the difficulty options that can be changed, but letting all the battles finish automatically makes the game boring really fast, and its not very balanced (Italy needs oil goddamit).

Snoozing Pups. This game is good, if only because it's one of the few GTA-likes who doesn't take place in murica.

Metro: last Light. Not a big shooter fan but I thought I'd try it out as it was free on PS+. Seems decent enough, so far.
