Maybe I've been lucky but it actually doesn't require any maintenance aside from dusting it once in a while. Last time I changed some component was around 2007. I still use it to play old games. You still maintaining that old PC?
Salute!

Both of these games are amazing. The third AA game is the best in the frachise, as far as I am concerned.Doing a lot of reading... visual novels.
On PS5, I am playing 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim by VanillaWare. It's spil into to game types: Walking around, talking with people, progressing the story, and then a fairly simple rtwp combat, where you use giant robots to fight invading kaiju. There's a lot of things going on, and a lot of time jumping. Alarm bells might be ringing, but I like it so far. Stay away if you detest weeb games.
The second Ace Attorney game on Switch. Funny, and over the top characters, and good music. Cases are whacky, so if you're not into that sort of thing, avoid. The music perfectly fits the game and hypes you up.
Any of you tried DSIII? I'm interested in hearing what the Codex thinks about it.
Every time someone mentions DS1 positively, one gas station is being attacked by 13%.btw all of the Dungeon Siege talk made me decide to finally play
I only remember that it has local couch coop for 2 players, which is basically the only reason why I checked it out. But it was very bland, and we never finished it. It also reminds me of the fate of Sacred 3, which was also turned into an action game with couch coop. Sacred 3 was actually decent as action couch coop game, but has of course absolutely nothing in common with the other Sacred games but the title, just like DS3.Any of you tried DSIII? Very boring and forgettable imo.
It's not even like it's offensively bad so much as it's so completely BSB that if you have the option to play almost anything else, you're doing yourself a disservice by playing DS3.
I remember liking the expansion. Which is unusual for me as I generally haven't come across desert like stuff that I really enjoy in video games.
Deserts in real life are pretty cool tho.
A gothic suspense tale set in a cursed mansion. "The House in Fata Morgana" is a full-length visual novel spanning nearly a millennium that deals in tragedy, human nature, and insanity.
Interesting. I don't think I've ever managed to play through all the scenarios in the expansions to the first one, so I never knew how janky the sequel got. Reminds me of how older games would have sequels with experts in mind, yet that one doesn't have the logical curve that would suggest. I wonder what happened?Playing RCT2 (via OpenRCT).
While the core gameplay is fun and vastly improves on the original, the scenarios in this game are pure . While the difficulty curve being whacky, as this video covers, is true, there's an even bigger issue with the campaign: Most of the levels devolve into the same strategy: Clear the horribly unoptimized trash you start with, then use the mad dosh you get "back" to build an optimal grid park. Only three of fifteen scenarios have interesting terrain to work around without also being infinite money (and thus a simple matter to delete it and make a grid path), but two of them you literally can't fail and the last is what OpenRCT2 designates the hardest mission.
I have a ten year old Win 7 machine with a lowly Intel 4000 integrated video card, and it runs Dungeon Siege just fine on max settings.
Some areas look very nice:
