Initially I thought it was going to be HoM&M 3, but then I remembered Butt Stallion. I'm not sure if that counts though, since a quick google says it had 2 horns, which makes it a bicorn or something. If that doesn't count, there's also Mr Toots from the disappointing Red Faction: Armageddon.
