So my question is: have they specified what historically happened to the bhaal spawn?
They all died. Abdel Adrian/BG MC got shanked by the rando NPC you meet at the beginning of ToB, Viekang, who teleports away.
BG3 Bhaalspawn, like the entirety of the game, is essentially fake since he was made by Bhaals "blood" directly somehow.

Yeah I knew that, just that this particular exchange in the game seemed a bit trolling. Like giving Viconia bitch face, and how they treated Sarevok, etc, etc.
