I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier, apparently I didn't get directly pinged until yesterday and I wasn't reading Codex for most of the day (Memorial Day time with family).
Would have rated this Math! Except Crispy doesn't know how to spell (no surprise). It's factual but not very truthful, as usual for people with an agenda. I think the idea that the thread is warping my normal rating habits has some merit, though. I was actually planning to post again now that I've hit Apr 1st in my reading.

This isn't quite true. I semi-addressed this in your profile post. There are three problems here, as I see it- (1) you post a lot (and I do mean a lot) in the UA/RU war thread, all the same thing (variations on "fuck russia"), which was the origin of my rating with Participation Trophy, (2) I rate as I read and I figured out very early on you don't post anything else, with extraordinarily rare exceptions, and (3) even if you did change your posting habits in the thread right this instant (I don't think you will, but just for the sake of argument), I'm reading the whole thing and over 1,000 pages behind, so my ratings won't change anytime soon. In fairness I don't rate you like that anywhere else, and I'm perfectly happy to change my habit once I see some actual quality in your posts there. You can see very rare demonstrations of that in the thread, where maybe once in every hundred of your posts you receive a different rating.
As to Maxie, I really don't read anything he posts (ever, anywhere) once I connect the post to the username, and he already knows why if he's been paying attention. He's a fucking glowie-tier snitch, which I consider to be the closest thing there is to an unforgivable sin on the Codex after the incident with Mynon and JarlFrank (which, curiously, Crispy was involved in; hmmmmm).

I've had rating alerts off since the beginning (simply because I happen to dislike alerts popping up constantly, and people do rate me constantly), but his rate-spam still shits up the "ratings you received" page. Also, this is beside the point. People shouldn't have to turn off website features just to avoid being rate-spammed by some obnoxious asshole.
