Just picked up the Deluxe Edition. Looking forward to playing this, though I will wait for a patch or two just in case.

Much appreciated! Its a pretty solid and stable game. We actually had zero crash reports through the whole QA process. But, I am rather biased... :D

BTW, couldn't get past the initial dialogue in full screen mode without the game crashing to desk (@1440p, Win 7, aeons old Q6600 (core 2), GTX660(*)). Windowed mode seems to work alright.

*)Building a new computer next weekend, but as for this system, I don't know if it's the obsolete rig or what's causing the fullscreen trouble.

Pyke Apart from the initial impressions already given, i want to say that judging from the first hour of gameplay, this might be the most visually stunning isometric game i have ever seen. On the technical side, thank you for supporting high resolutions including 21:9 AR as well (a far cry from STASISs initial 720p limitation indeed).

The maps are absolutely stunning, but if I have one complaint, it's that they're a bit too empty for their size. Although I've only finished the "tutorial" stage, maybe they get more dense later. I mean, in principle, it's fine for an Adventure game to have 1-2 "active" spots per map, it's just that the maps are normally much smaller.
But I'm enjoying the game a great deal nevertheless. It's just the kind of fix I need at the moment - exploring a reasonably open and very intriguing world at a relaxed pace. :salute: Pyke!

Have the GOG keys been sent? I had asked for GOG, but they key I received doesn't seem to work on GOG. Pyke

The name of the game does have the word DESOLATION in it, after all.

What may not be obvious for first time players is that some maps have new hotspots / interactables open up as progress occurs in the story, bringing you back to those seemingly desolate maps.

Congratulations Pyke ! I’m looking forward to playing it for real. Taking bets on the plot twist :D
