Only 19 major publication reviews on Metacritic, compared with 38 for FO4. And they got it early I assume, and it's been out for a week. I don't think it's a time issue, seems like a lot of people are either struggling to get a review out, or don't have the balls to be honest about how shit a Bethesda game is
