[New entry on Steam: "d20: Sweet Roll Club"]

"Hey, what's this? Yet another d20 SRD CRPG? :bounce: Wait, 'Sweet Roll Club' doesn't sound like a usual fantasy RPG... Is this about adventurers baking sweet rolls, inspired by Ultima?

Entering high school makes many problems for the withdrawn and dreamy Tomoko: classmates consider her strange, lessons suddenly become difficult, and with the school festival coming she has to join some afterschool club as soon as possible...

But Tomoko has no problems with fantasy. Magic can be brought from anywhere by the power of her imagination as the school yard turns into a deep forest, the library becomes a sinister warlock chamber, school halls transforms into ancient catacombs... Only it's difficult to find another girl who likes childish games in high school.

One day Tomoko finds out that there are a few school girls who enjoy posing as brave warriors, powerful wizards and knightly paladins. Together they decide to open the role-playing board games club where they have free rein over their dreams for magic and adventures.

Genres: ADV, shoujo-ai, ecchi, comedy, everyday life.
  • chibi-styled characters;
  • partly animated backgrounds;
  • plenty of CG-arts with animation;
  • original soundtrack with impressive opening;
  • combat system;
  • the alignment system;
  • three endings, all depends on final worldview of the main character: Lawful End, Chaotic End, Neutral End;
  • the roll of a twenty-sided dice determines the success of the gamer's actions;
  • music room.

supergreatfriend's LP of the quiet man was fucking hilarious. I'm glad the game exists just for that.

Everytime i hear "movie failed" I always laugh because usually people don't realize what kind of scam movies are money wise.
For example box office is literary meaningless because shitload of those shitty movies are resold for years upon years to different nations where they most of the time bring back money.

Only recently people started to know what is Hollywood accounting.
