So, I'm getting Broken Age via playstation plus.

I lost all interest in the game, but do consider playing through it out of curiosity. Question is, how much time do I need to play through it and how's the pacing?

Maybe 9-10 hours total. Pacing is good - the game can feel slow at times because some environments or screens don't have much interactivity, but that gets better as the game goes along. You have a good amount of freedom to explore, too.

I agree, that revisiting old locations after they changed through the events you as a player witnessed is pretty cool. But I think he is arguing that a game that had a budget of 3.3 mln plus all the money from sales of the episode 1 should also have something else. He means that that the old locations should be a starting point for new places, new content, new side characters you can meet

To wit, to this day, no Kickstarter game has gotten more backers than Broken Age did, I believe. More money yes, but not more people.

It takes about a full minute to go from the 'A's to the 'B's in the backer's list, and that's with them packed in real tight.

The backers start appearing at 2:57. 80% of the credits runtime is backers

Wow

Please donate to receive boxed hipsterism!

I still thank allah I didn't know about this Kickstarter until after it ended, I would have been fooled into donating for a box version.

Btw, not bothering to check, but didn't they also promise an old-school box? This box is as old-school as the game is.
