The moment Marcin Iwinski went full vegan, CD Projekt Red was doomed. His brain is rotten, body begging for saussage, that's why every year no. of trannies in company and his ghoulification increase. I smelled the shit in their pants 6 years ago. Again, urban middle class Slavs are Slavic SJWs

Polish urbanites, alongside Serbian and Russian are probably among the worst

And is that Tomaz Zawada guy a tranny? He just looks like a normal metal head to me.

Metalheads don't typically bleach their hair...

are you that fucking lunatic who made a million posts on the obshitian forums screeching about cassandra having a male skull or whatever

He's seen too many Korean games. Real women simply don't have skulls as "petite" as that.

Wait, it gets better:

There 'tis, the knell of death for quality single playing campaigns from CDPR. Maybe for quality games also. They simply can't have enough ammunition (especially after their recent acquisition) for both, and since we know real bucks are in multiplayer...

This was coming, it was just a matter of time.

EA is probably going to buy them out at this rate.

CDPR is done and done.

What about GOG? CDPR owns them but if they get bought out by EA there's no way in hell EA will let GOG rival Origin store, in its present no-DRM state anyway.

I know you jest, but had they hired Cleve, they would've taken 10 years more, but at least released a legendary game. Fuck these trashbags for what they did.

And also... does anyone care to find out the female to male ratio inside of the Canadian studio they purchased? Just by it alone I will be able to predict the outcome of their future projects.

It's Canadian, and comprised of ex-Biowarian "veterans", so chances are very high for tuna and tuckjobs galore.

WTF? Isn't this discriminating against other colours? Someone let Twitter know!

Red suits them fine.

I researched this just to see if it was 4chan bait, found a Tam Zawada that is a professional animator that definitily look like his tranny version but with brown hair, the whole lot of names of a ton of polish artists on its linkdin and with the information that it worked on Witcher 3 as lead animator seems to confirm it, unless it is a really big coincidence.

So, yeah, I did a whole CSI Tranny episode just to prove 4chan tards were wrong but it seems they were right on this one, at least him being a tranny. Just found strange that there was no stunning and brave transition statement or a psychotic twitter acount anywhere, could be he just an extreme fag?

Dunno about the theory that CDPR modelled Keira after him, he was an gameplay animation lead not a character designer and it seems he wasnt in charge of the cutcenes but gameplay animations, he was still normal on CDPR, well, he looked like an usual fag with fabulous hair but still used the name Tomazs, at least that was on the promotional videos CDPR did at the time. Maybe Keira is somewhat masculine and not as pretty as the other bangable females because of german ancestry, dunno, you will have to ask the codexian craniometry specialists about that.

For Gwent cards, CDPR artists often modeled characters after other team members. The same could have happened in Witcher 3.

Still much prefer 3rd person view. 1st person is kinda like you were sitting on the windshield. They should probably change the FOV.
Oh, yeah, the first-person view isn't fit for driving cars. Bikes you might just get away with, but you can't see your right A pillar in a car.

Plus they really need to change the minimap so it reaches waay further when driving. Currently can't accelerate much for fear of loosing a turn.
My experience exactly. There's a mod that tries to fix it, but the game doesn't properly load the minimap beyond the current zoom level.

Probably part of Ripperdoc "free dlc"
Hope so, it was one of those things that was suspiciously absent from the game.

Thing is, aside from being a cut feature making a comeback, it also emphasizes some of the broken core design - it works for "15 seconds", presumably followed by a cooldown. So many of CBP's abilities are built around this "X seconds" MMO rubbish, instead of using a dedicated resource pool, like in DX. Why? Multiplayer considerations? What a shame sham.

According to this the online multiplayer might be cancelled

Was interesting in its own way. Not sure Cyberpunk is ever going to be a 'thing' in the way that Witcher became but if they're going to spend years more developing it on that basis then they'll prove it one way or the other. I suppose if you sell half the copies in a few months that your old games sold between them over years then it's not a wild assumption. So long as that marketing you're stepping away from hadn't built up a hugely inflated audience for the game who are largely rather salty about the whole experience. Potentially they've the opportunity to revisit core systems and trial them in Cyberpunk ahead of the next TW game - NPCs and so on. Wonder whether they'll revert back to third person though.

So in 1.2 the interaction key is still hard-mapped to "F" on the PC version. I'm sure this works fine for WASD players but is annoying as hell for someone like me who uses the numpad for movement and has to constantly fumble around for the F key whenever I want to open a door, talk to an NPC etc

:negative:

Here have a solution for you

Step 1. Locate your Cyberpunk files

Step 2. Steam > steamapps > common > Cyberpunk 2077 > r6 > config

Step 3. Open "inputUserMappings.xml" using notepad++ or the like

Step 4. Ctrl+F > replace

Step 5. replace every instance of "IK_F" (WITH QUOTES!!) to "IK_G"(or whatever you want your "use" key to be)

Step 6. Save the file and launch the game

I already tried that when the game first came out and it wouldn't let me map any of the numpad keys I tried. How hard would it be to just give us an option to remap one of the keys you'll be using almost all the time...

It's an absolute joke that this isn't fixed yet. It shows how little they care about the PC user experience tbh.

What a shame sham.
I don't even know what possessed them to think they were capable of making a GTA: Online ripoff in a monumentally more complex gaming environment - besides the obvious greed and belief in CDPR (nee BioWare) Magic - when it took Rockstar decades to reach that point despite all the truckloads of money and resources at their disposal.

I imagine it's also the kind of hubris that made them think they could just wing it and make an open-world immersive sim with a branching narrative - when bigger and more experienced publishers struggle to this day to make the open-world formula mesh with other gameplay elements in an engaging way, and this after 20 years of experimentation.

It's also pathetic that for all their ambition all they managed to deliver is Witcher 3 with cars and Borderlands-tier gunplay, and a narrative that has more in common with GTA than anything Cyberpunk specific or cyberpunk in general. Why even bother buying up the IP if you're not going to do anything interesting with it?

Also, it's quite telling that they learned very little from developing Witcher 3. Itemization and character progression in that game were two of the main points of complaint, as was the unpolished combat - and yet these are the same exact problems that crop up in Cyberpunk. So not only is the game a buggy, unfinished mess, but the very foundation it is built upon is flawed.

Other have mentioned it before, but if 2077 had been delivered without any of the glaring bugs and technical issues it would still have been a massive disappointment in all aspects - from worldbuilding, to writing, to interactivity and immersion. About the only thing anyone can objectively praise 2077 is the art direction, but games with good art direction aren't anything novel nowadays - even EA and Ubisoft routinely managed to get those right.

It comes as no surprise CDPR is now scaling back on their ambitions after reality smacked them in the face. I don't think they are likely to recover from the disaster 2077 is anytime soon, let alone reach such heights of popularity and prestige ever again.

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.

I think they recently fired their gameplay director. Unfortunately one game too late.

Isn't all of Eastern Europe supposed to be a zone of economic desolation where based Slavs fight hordes of gypsies with their bare hands for the last scraps of meat? The Codex tried to tell me there are no SJWs there :negative:.
