B-but it has vehicle combat, you entitled gamer chud!I'm thinking: What's the point of vehicle combat perks when it never actually occurs either in the open world or, as far as I remember, during the base game story.

Sandbox enthusiasts are a disease.I'm thinking: What's the point of vehicle combat perks when it never actually occurs either in the open world or, as far as I remember, during the base game story.
Yes, I know, but some still do. Gasmasks give chem resist, BD Wreaths give Hack Upload Speed, Goggles give more zoom when aiming. Jacket slot also pieces that either give armour or reload speed. And I just found a netrunner suit that goes on the t-shirt slot that gives damage resistance to enemy hacks.Clothes are no longer supposed to give any stats.Handling is much better for all vehicles with keyboard and mouse. Growl FM is full of bangers, haven't checked out the other new stations yet. Vehicle sounds are pornographic.
The Perks, Skills and Cyberware systems are all more interesting now, but equipments are even more boring. Has anyone found equips with bonuses for the pants and shoes slots?
I just sliced up 2 enemy camps with my katana from the comfort of my bike, what are you talking about?I'm thinking: What's the point of vehicle combat perks when it never actually occurs either in the open world or, as far as I remember, during the base game story.
I'm sure those perks you spent will be very useful indoors...I just sliced up 2 enemy camps with my katana from the comfort of my bike, what are you talking about?I'm thinking: What's the point of vehicle combat perks when it never actually occurs either in the open world or, as far as I remember, during the base game story.

Wasn't that a mod? I played 2.0 for few hours now and vehicle combat mechanics feel utterly pointless.I'm thinking: What's the point of vehicle combat perks when it never actually occurs either in the open world or, as far as I remember, during the base game story.
Right now gangs will drive after you as well as police. In 1.6 moreover they added gang support. So if you fight with someone and they manage to call backup then gangoons will arrive in cars/bikes.
Don't remember if already posted:
agreed, except that New Atlantis is one out of 3 cities and a dozen or so smaller outposts.I'd say Night City and Atlantis are about the same.. filled with buildings / elevators you can't meaningfully interact with.
NPC's that are retarded and on fake schedules to walk between despawn points.
Whoever uses RTX card like me he should try Ultra Performance mode now. Ultra Performance at above DLSS 2.1 is not the same thing as it used to be. It is mode specifically made to upscale super low res to 8k.
And it is fucking crazy. This scene on Performance gives me 40fps with path tracing on my 3090.
With ultra perfomance now it gives me:
Literally you can play with pathtracing game at nearly 80fps. Yes image quality goes down but benefits of pathtracing are more important. Also since you use pathtracing you can compleely switch off ambient occlussion, screen surface and drop down shadows resolution a lot and you will get similar perf to mine on 3080-3090.
With that i can switch to 4k res ingame and in motion it will be shimerry but in still look very very well.
If not yet you can remove certain CFG or ini file and it will work like a new install.Whoever uses RTX card like me he should try Ultra Performance mode now. Ultra Performance at above DLSS 2.1 is not the same thing as it used to be. It is mode specifically made to upscale super low res to 8k.

This broke my game. I turned on path tracing and now I can't even get into the game any more to change it back, because the intro movies play at 0.5fps and then the game crashes.
Like I've said before, it's Westworld.
when I said Cyberunk feels as shallow as a puddle compared to Starfield I was referring to the feeling you get after you’ve been exploring the game for a dozen hours or more.
Everything is a set piece, it is there to give you the illusion of this sprawling city with endless things to discover. But it’s just that, an illusion which becomes apparent after you try interacting with the game world beyond what the game was scripted to allow you to do.
It was developed with multiplayer in mind. Unfortunately nobody knows what happened to 2077's multiplayer or where its assets ended up, so those concessions were a complete waste of timeLike I've said before, it's Westworld.

And let people have fun? Preposterous!I recall them saying adding the consequences for having too much cyberware, is that just the edgerunner perk?
Other than that there is no way for you to go over the limitation of cyberware, and even with the edgerunner you can can just go 50 higher.
I see no reason for the perk to have a limit, why not let th player go as high as they want?
