These aren't the kinds of things a day one, two or day 10 patch will fix. You should watch the leaked streams, most of it is fundamentally broken and just awfully designed. Every fucking place is empty, bugs happening on a minute basis, enemy AI utterly unresponsive, police drones spawning on your ass in the middle of nowhere, NPC's T-posing, airwalking and generally lacking the most basic animations you'd find in circa 2003 games, civilians brushing off grenades like nothing, story railroading you right from the start into nonsensical bullshit.
Furthermore, I'm trying to verify whether the streamer in question actually got the update before streaming, because a bunch of people asserted to the fact that he had a 40gb update upon starting or some shit.
Even if we assume he had a botched copy of some sorts, as you call it a "journofag" one, it's all the more damning that reviewers have already praised it despite the fact that all these recent leaks (3-4 of them I reckon) had identical frequency, of identical bugs appearing all over the place.
