That doesn't prove anything worthwile. How often did you let it sit there while you jerked off? Did you play retartet? Does that count reloads because we all know you suck so we know you did lots of reloading. Sorry, the game is not 100+ hours long. Don't be a fuckwit.

Took me 100+ hours too, just playing normally and exploring everything. Might be some idle time in there, but not too much.

Proof it. Show me the 100 hours +. No editing allowed.

\In fact, I'll turn on your vid, and start a new game, and see which finishes first just to prove how dumb you are. Well, I would, if I ever had intention of playing this 2nd rate game a 2nd time. LMFAO

It took me 98 hours, so clearly 100+ hours is bullshit. Volourn logic 101.

Are you really this stupid? cvv also said that it took him 93 hours, so there are already 3 of us, who say that it is a 90-100+ hours long game. Sure, all of us were alt-tabbing constantly, letting the game idle for 10 hours while jerking off. Why would I lie about this? Being a 60-70-80-106 hours long game doesn't make a difference in anyone's book, so again, why would I lie about this?

I said that the game was too easy, why would I had to reload constantly?

You are a Codexer so inherently on trustworthy. DOS is not a 100+ hour any more than BG2 is. FFS

Quick question as i haven't followed the thread.
There's still the bug in the voices, with a reverb effect being added, right?

Volly, look. If the game would be 30 hours, I would told you. I don't want to hype this game up, because I don't care about it that much. I like the game, it is great, but not an all time classic for me. I would tell it, if it sucked. So why would I lie about its length? Ok, it is not a 100+ hours game, and I just suck, and a slow player. But even if it is 90-99 hours (like others said) it is still a long game. And it doesn't make a difference if it is 95 or 106.

My first playthru was on normal and took me around 130 hours. I never had to reload much. I had a few reloads vs the ghul at the lighthouse at lvl4, then a few more vs Evelyn at lvl5. Those were the two most difficult fights in the game. From then on I never had a wipe, Braccus Rex, Boreas etc everything first try. It was only normal difficulty after all. So if you played the game in ~70h (or 50h lol) and think you explored everything and did all quests, I call bullshit. Second playthru still took me ~100h on hard difficulty and this time I knew everything, all puzzles, all solutions, all encounters. I killed the void dragon so quickly he never got to summon a second batch of creatures, literally in 3 or 4 combat rounds. I killed Boreas so quickly he never got to summon his elemental shenanigans. Still 100 hours. You can substract a few hours from that if you don't rob everything blind, don't fool around with the crafting and never check in with merchants after a level up to see if they have something you want though. That stuff takes some time after all but not more than a few hours over the entire game.

28 hours, haven't entered the church in Cyseal. I'm procrastinating outside

I just finished Cyseal at 47 hours. I have a somewhat gimped party though; not purposely to gimp myself but just because I like trying weird builds/party configurations (I only have one mage, who uses all four elements; have a Marksman and a Scoundrel which made fighting all the undead annoying with my reliance on piercing weapons). Also spent a lot of time working out puzzles/secrets. Spent a while in the Black Cove.

Took me over 100 hours too. The game is fucking huge. That is undeniable.

I confess, I have no idea how you people are taking so long to finish the game. I played in co-op the whole time so maybe that hurried things along a bit, but the entire playthrough only ran about 45 hours, doing and exploring just about everything.

If backpedaling was an olympic discipline, Roguey would be a gold contender.
Ah, yes, it’s that thing where someone writes “Roguey said…” without a quote, and someone else takes that interpretation to be what I actually said, and then it gets repeated often enough that it doesn’t really matter what I originally said at all because nobody bothers to question it. Then, if you can take that thing I almost-must-have-certainly-said-and-meant and then apply it to something out of the original context, that must be true too!

I won’t even touch the use of “midgets” here. Explaining the “Roguey hates dwarf romance” thing has proven to be pointless, so I’ll just kindly suggest that perhaps what’s actually needed is a more discriminating eye regarding your sources of information. Cheers!
