I suggest you construct the disease healing magic item, I'm sure your local drug dealer has the recipe and finished product. Trade him for some fire gems.

So apparentely, if you script Skrattis to change form in battle (buff in Jotun form; fight in Werewolf form), they will revert back to Jotun form right after the battle is finished. Going through the third (wolf) form.

And losing whatever equipment they had in non-misc slots.

I feel like this was in one of the first "watch out for this bullshit" posts about Skratti I ever saw, how did you miss(it is not intuitive, of course)? Still, funny though.
