Watching a 3 weeks old video interview, you can observe the mental sick director is all the time saying "I, I, I". His opinion, his opinion, his opinion. His own fantasy.

That´s quite unprofessional way to sell a product. No one cares what you think. You´re supposed to explains things the way it is in an attractive way so the market can be interested in that. But in the end we have a freak as game director that will push his own mess as a multi million dollar project. Couldn´t anyone stop this freak?

Optimistically this will cause a purge of all the previous diversity hires, and some talent will get hired back.
