So is this they/them a penis haver or a vagina haver? I can't reverse engineer it from the memes, and haven't played the game.
The current working theory is that it is a male-to-female-to-nonbinary.

IF the theory is correct, it once had a penis. Only Prosper knows what it has down there right now.
It expresses that it feels more like a man but it ultimately settles on non-binary.

So if gender is just a social construct and it's wrong to define men and women according to "traditional" criteria, then how do trans people know they are assigned the wrong gender? I mean, what criteria do they use?

Imagine your average Joe picking this up and being out of the loop.

He will slowly unravel the barv, realizing that the refund window is long gone, and he can't do anything about taash.

I don't think the average Joe gives a fuck about Dragon Age anymore, although there's been mind games to make DA: Origins to seem like it was a modern classic on par with Baldur's Gate 2.

I've said this before: unless you are getting sales numbers from a reputable third-party (and when it comes to video games in the US, there is basically one company that actually has the data, and that is Circana), or unless it is reported in official financial documents like quarterly/annual reports, YOU SIMPLY DON'T KNOW HOW MANY UNITS A GAME HAS SOLD.

Statista, Steam (or SteamDB), VG Chartz, etc., these are all notoriously unreliable. People who track the video game industry for a living do not use these sources because they are untrustworthy. Nobody is going to know how many copies this game has sold until the nerds have started crunching the numbers from the various points-of-sale. A good rule of thumb, however, is that if the company (in this case EA) doesn't announce the number after the first few weeks, it is because the number is not great. It could be "fine" or "enough" but no company is going lead with their chin and report a low purchase rate.

The only thing you can do is wait. And read the user reviews and have a chuckle.

I should think EA needs to sell somewhere in the ballpark of ~13 million in order for this to be considered a "success" and worth making another one. When you look at what other RPGs have done in the last 3-4 years, this seems like a reasonable goal.

dunno, it's still selling worse than AK-47 skins, apparently, and who the fuck at this point doesn't have Cyberprank or SotF who ever wanted to play them? Only that SPORTS game is legit losing in sales and it has 45% user review score lol

North American companies like to pass "units shipped" as "units sold", without telling you half of those shipped units might as well be sold in clearance bins or straight up Good Will.

That’s old news, they like doing “hours played” now. “Units shipped” I think became less of a thing a long time ago as digital got bigger. If things are good though they’ll actually talk about actual sales, when they’re go they’ll shout the actual sales from the rooftop, and if they stay good they’ll keep doing it.

I mentioned this a few months ago, but you can tell how mentally handicapped the writers are just by looking at the faction Shadow Dragons.

They are anti-Tevinter and anti-slavery. Why are they named after dragons, the ancient gods to which Tevinter sacrificed millions of slaves?

You wouldn't name an anti-nazi group Shadow Hitlers, would you?
