About people who believed that it would flop like Concord or Forspoken, Brand name alone sell shit games, see Diablo 3 and The Last of Us 2. After some days, I expect it to fall and people to start requesting refunds. That said, 70k current players at launch is not good. I mean, for a indie or AA game can be good but remember. This is a AAA game made in Canada for over a decade. Starfailed got 330k players at launch day.

Is not like OwlCat that get licenses for brand recognition(pf/wr), get a very low tax, very business friendly environment in Cyprus, cheap but highly productive RU workforce and a audience that is starving for anything resembling what they like. For OwlCat, getting 70k players at launch date, would be amazing. For Bioware, not so much.

Game is alright thus far. Not great, but not offensively bad either. Haven't reached the Troonari character yet tho. Biggest positives I can give is that the environments look nice and that the armor designs are decent. Pixaresque art style is also consistent for what it's worth. Writing is mediocre and the PC is mostly pigeonholed into the goody two shoes archetype, but the dialogue choices aren't as bad as I feared (it's no Andromeda, faint praise that it might be). Combat is meh, but I'm not particularly fond of this sort of action RPG combat in the first place.

Watched a gameplay in combat from Vera Dark. Is the shittiest combat that I ever saw in my life. Spells are extremely flashy but at the same time ineffective. In melee, seems like attacks have no weight and enemies are sponges.

They removed every RPG in favor of action and even action sucks.

I wonder how the score will change over the course a month when actual player reviews come out and not these "I played the game for 20 minutes, IT CHANGED MY LIFE".

For those that don't know, because not many people around here are prestigious console owners like myself, the ps5 store won't let you rate a game unless you buy it and once you buy it, you leave the store to play so not only do you have to be dumb and gay enough to actually buy this shit for full price, but you also have to be the type of person to go back into the store page and rate it afterwards. So one of the biggest faggot retards on earth. It's probably the shittiest storefront ever, nothing works like it's supposed to.

Going to be one of the best-selling games of the year, more than likely. Not sure what the retention rate will be once the initial hype wears off, but there does seem to be a larger audience with some shred of remaining faith in Bioware than most suspected.

Just got done with my 60 minutes of game time tonight (underrail, not this)

Saw a bit of chatter about DA knocking off CoD as the top seller on steam.

Check in game player stats as of 11pm central in the U.S. (9pm in our super gay west coast)

184,000 or so for CoD

48,000 for DA.

Interesting times.

The only review I will trust about this game is the one from Sseth

The common fanboy cope I've seen that pisses me off the most is "Every Dragon Age game is pretty different from the last, so, if you don't like it, you just hate change."

Yeah, every entry is different from than last. And each entry has gotten progressively worse that the last!
So, just like the Witcher and Bear's Gape? W3 was irredeemable piece of shit which normies happily slurped and asked for more.

You really playing this?
Gotta do my part in the decline of westoid civilization. :smug:
But really, I'm just bored. And thus far, it's more engaging than Snorefield which I also did play.
Supporting the decline of the west by giving money to the west is retarded unless you got the game from the 100% off sale. In that case, your efforts are inconsequential.
