LoL,it is retarded job, would rather be poor than work that shit. In his boots i would have made some cash and then gone in to some bussiness i know shit about. Make bakery or fucking biker's shop. Being some pathetic old man that plays the jumping monkey for people to throw money at is just sad. He's probably making more money than you or I have ever seen in our lives. It is amazing how pathetic all those people are. Imagine being like 50 year old and still your main job is playing games lol.
I can't stand him but streaming games is pretty profitable otherwise he wouldn't have been doing it for so long.
There are some easy jobs out there. And honestly I'd do it too. Better than having to work with people.
gets stuck at 42%.
I think I might do a lengthier post once I finish a full playthrough, a few screenshots included. Not a review proper, but general thoughts I guess. Please keep posting the worst screenshots if you're playing anyway, the BG3 cringe thread was fun even as someone who enjoyed the game a lot and this game has even more potential that will probably crippled by the fact that way fewer people are playing it (understandably).Gotta do my part in the decline of westoid civilization.
But really, I'm just bored. And thus far, it's more engaging than Snorefield which I also did play.
Ok, so just finished with the character creator. It's excellent, aside from basically 97% of all the hairstyles making the character look incredibly gay. It is interesting getting to pick a faction to join. I tried to make the most manly dwarf I could.
Dunno if I quite succeeded there but you be the judge I guess. I'm also very impressed by the settings available (e.g. FOV slider) and the ultrawide support.
Here is second (!) article on PC Gamer complaining about the writing in Vileguard. This is hilarious, I didn't expect western journalists to join in on the dunking tbh

But those opening hours, jeez. The Veilguard doesn't introduce you to its world and setting with a flourish as much as it takes one step, tumbles clumsily down the rest of the stairs, and lands with a broken leg. Then it says "ow, falling down those stairs hurt, I feel upset about how I fell down those stairs", before a little prompt pops up, reading: "because the story fell down the stairs, it was hurt."
Normie Cohh complaining (very well articulated) about the writing in Vileguard:
It is amazing how pathetic all those people are. Imagine being like 50 year old and still your main job is playing games lol. All he does is whine about how bad writing is and trying to be inoffensive to the trannies. "Ohhhh who cares what the message is,it is important how bad the writing is hohoho" .Fuck i am 37 years old and feel a bit sad about how much time i had wasted on games in me life, now in retrospect. Can't imagine how miserable all those old pathetic people are.

Yes that's how it works for every game, do you expect steam to have a moderator for every game on steam? There is a reason valve has one of the highest returns per employee, they don't have a lot of them.I contacted steam support and they told me the community hub is moderated by the developers (that's actually a thing?),
I personally think most of it is because there's no face to face when it comes to the business of gaming. These developers talk mad shit about their fans whilst hiding behind a screen, banning people for the mildest of dissent, and locking their forums if disagreements arise. In real life you can't do that, at all, if you act like an asshole towards a customer you run the chance of a physical altercation, people visiting your establishment to harass you, etc. Most likely these developers would change their tune real quick if they were forced to actually deal with customer dissatisfaction in real life. Also doesn't help when you surround yourself in a bubble of fuckwits that jack each others ego.The vast majority of it is corporate slop made by people who hate you and themselves.
There are a lot of youtube channels and snakesoil people that are willing to sell you their course for self-growth. Most of them are idiots themselves. At one point there is no self-growth anymore and you reach that point fuckin fast. This world is fucked. All media lie. The ones in control can do whatever they want and you are talking about self-growth. Honestly what are you trying to achieve with it? Let me rephrase the question: what are you doing right now that makes you growing yourself?Yep, playing video games is all about instant gratification, little returns in the future in terms of self-growth, unlike some other, arguably more meaningful hobbies. Not preaching here, I'm guilty of it as much as anyone else, but it's good to have self-control and perspective. It is amazing how pathetic all those people are. Imagine being like 50 year old and still your main job is playing games lol. All he does is whine about how bad writing is and trying to be inoffensive to the trannies. Welcome to the club.WTF lmao so i just recieved a permanent ban on the community hub for this game on steam. It was on a post somebody made showing the head troon that made this game, which looked quite similar to the main troon in the game, so i commented that the horned character was basically a self-insert of the lead designer.
My situation exactly.I contacted steam support and they told me the community hub is moderated by the developers (that's actually a thing?), and i should take it up with them, which of course i'm not gonna bother to.
Yes. I got a warning from a leftist mod on the BioWare refugees forum bsn.boards.net for calling the game director a man.So the whole hub is moderated by ResetEra types, yeeting people left and right forever over mildly unflattering comments on their troons dear leader and therre's nothing Vable is gonna do about it. Shiiiieeet i can't troll there anymore now.

Neve is a character I should like. She's a stylish, Constantine-esque detective
People are too fucking nice to devs for some reason. What the fuck is this review?
Money and staying in their good graces so they continue to get early access to their games.for some reason.
