It does relate to the game though. Especially with animals who can end up being exclusively homosexual, which is only rarely observed in the wild. Got an elephant bull in musth, ready to fuck anything that moves? Tough luck, all the nearby elephant cows think boys are icky. That war elephant army you wanted will have to wait. Of course that isn't how nature typically works and it can make getting a desired embark scenario difficult, or just fuck with your animal population in general. If animals had the same relationship mechanics that civilized species had it may matter, but right now it is an entirely negative mechanic that offers nothing of value and isn't even accurate in how it is portrayed.

They have done a good work with the ui tho. He may have some stupid idea but the game is still great on his complexity.

No, Gary had the good kind of autism about these sorts of things. He'd probably demand that any such faggotry be rare and justifiable with in-world mechanics that aren't centered around anyone who wants to larping as a faggot in a dress, if he even allowed it at all.

The fantasy setting is inherently meant to be more conservative, with concepts like Good and Evil being well-defined. It's about a world that sadly no longer exists. Where different races are in different countries and have their own unique cultures because of it. Many of the conflicts in Gary's D&D basically racial in nature because of this. Orcs are an evil race, they kill, kidnap and rape because they're evil. If you're fighting an orc, you're killing him because he's evil, but he's evil because of his race. Something that SJW fags can't accept.

Gary didn't like Drizzt or any of what Salvatore did with the Drow to water them down for the mass market, and he probably wouldn't like a bunch of pedophile freaks trying to turn D&D into yet another grooming tool.
