From felt my Souls fatigue and noticed my infinite backlog and decided to give me a break.
Good men.
Good men.
Looks like the spider boss from DaS2 is reused as well.Straight up reusing Nameless King is just shameless. Never thought I'd see a fromsoft trailer that left me cold.

This is the silver lining. Whatever this is going to be, it's not taking time away from whatever Miyazaki is planning next. Even though I've already lost a lot of my trust in him after Shadow of the Erdtree, maybe he needs a fresh start in a new genre.Additional info from an IGN article -
Junya Ishizaki (Dark Souls Map/Event Planner, Elden Ring 'Battle Director') is directing. Miyazaki has talked about wanting new people to direct games and shake things up, apparently he's just letting them go hog-wild already.
This is not a live-service game, sounds like it will be complete on release.
There are no assist features or difficulty modes planned. Enemy HP will scale depending on the number of players (solo or a group of 3)
My sentiments exactly. I can't wait to see what the bird-headed guy can do.Honestly thinking about it some more, From leaning into Action again and making 'Sekiro, but with multiple characters based on Elden Ring archetypes' is actually an awesome idea, could be great. But the co-op survival aspect is so fucking stupid it's making me lose hope in the concept.
Sounds weird, but after watching that PC Gamer interview, it sounds like it could be something roughly analogous to Prey: Mooncrash combined with Bloodborne's Chalice Dungeons. The latter being repeatable randomized content with unique enemies and rewards, something Elden Ring should have gotten in the DLC if Miyazaki wasn't an idiot. And for those of you lucky enough to have played the rouge-lite DLC campaign for Prey, you know just how good and narrative-driven a single player experience can still be, even with randomly laid-out enemies, hazards and loot. It seems like the map will be fixed and unchanging in both cases.
It's too early to blackpill, fingers crossed for more promising info.
Mobile gacha game nextwhat the actual unironical fuck
Every developer gets corrupted eventuallySo is this like a Battle Royale game but with teams of 3? I'm confused
Seems cheap but From has enough goodwill with me where I'll at least check it out. Interested in more info.
Smart way to squeeze some extra cash without making a lot of new assets I guess... odd move for sure though.
No PvP, Coop only, survive for 3 days (so, a limited experience, can't grind forever), you have to explore generated world in order to find better equipment so you could survive monsters and bosses. Kinda interesting game mechanics–wise, if it weren't so blatantly riding the popularity wave of Elden Ring. It could have been a little and neat project, could have been next Sekiro in a sense of a departure from their previous games. But no. FromSoftware has lost its edge.So is this like a Battle Royale game but with teams of 3? I'm confused
