It's behind a paywall so here is a summary machine translated from a German forum
Positive aspects:

- First things first: you can now pick up items with a single click!
- Very bug-free and practically no bugs!
- Playtime between 60 and 80 hours. Perfect!
- Decisions have a noticeable effect this time.
- Destruction and the opposite even provide additional dialog options! Great!
- The jetpack and flying are supposed to be fantastic and integrate perfectly into the world.
- Exploration is probably as grandiose as ever.
- The character system is said to be much more motivating than in the predecessor, and attributes have an effect as well.
- The combat system is better than in the predecessor, but still doesn't win any prizes.
- Crafting is supposed to be fun and motivating.
- You can make your own markings on the map! Simply great!
- The graphics are on the level of five years ago, but the light atmosphere (e.g. at sunsets) is supposed to be terrific!
- High visibility, but few details in the distance.
- World design and character behavior are believable
- likeable companions
- fairer than the predecessor
- quests with several solutions
- gripping soundtrack

Negative aspects:

- bumpy staged cutscenes
- some badly chosen voice actors (these must be our "great" Let's Players!)
- some faces look artificial
- battles always play the same and a bit clumsy
- occasionally frustrating group fights
- degenerates into continuous fights towards the end of the game
- the story sometimes seems more unintentionally funny than gripping

jetpack is great, exploration is great, quests are great, soundtrack is majestically gripping... and some micro-issues as to be expected!

I hope the game doesn't feature some gay OP weapons/skills like the black hole and the pre-patch flame thrower in Elex I. Because if it does, you know all the retards are gonna start using that shit immediately, and then come in this thread and act like they just discovered a cure for cancer. -HEY, LOOK AT ME MOM! I'M KILLING EVERYTHING WITH EASE AND IT'S SO MUCH FUN!

Well, promising. But for now I'm not getting my hopes too high.

PB has a whole video about translating their games from German to English. As you can tell from the title, it isn't easy and they often run into problems.
amateurish excuse. i was writing a novel, as a complete nobody, and i constantly kept asking myself "will this work in english?" or "this won't work in english, how should i adapt it?". if a multimillion studio aiming for a worldwide launch can't, they're just a bunch of morons.

I do hope it's not as many trash combat as risen. I guess the assault on xacor kinda fits "there, enemies, now boom them" but at least the war setpiece works and there are other people too so it doesnt look like you're assaulting a whole country alone.

the codex was a prestigious place once, now people can't even grasp the very basic concept of aiming/being prepared to hit a bigger market. holy shit how the gods fell...

"Can't ding us for breaking a review embargo if we don't release the actual score" - Gamestar apparently

Nah PB and Gamestar have been best buddies for two decades and they are regular guests in their premium videos and articles. They even gave the broken and unfinished Gothic 3 a 85/100 score before release, which caused quite a scandal back then.

Gamestar has been giving PB 8/10
review scores for the last two decades and in return they get exclusive content for their website and everyone knows that so they don't even bother hiding it

I stand corrected... I never trusted another day-one purchase from PB after Gothic 3...

Sold!

I always find this feature unreasonably attractive and never understood why more games have not adopted it since I first saw it in Ultima Underworld.

^That's the chamber at the lowest level of the Morkons' base. Won't spoil what happens there
