- Being able to set map markers is a godsend

Is there a limit on how many can be set? One thing that drove my autism wild in the 1st was having to write down all the locked chests/safes and ore-nodes that I couldn't mine yet until my skills were high enough. If I can just plop down map markers to remember where they all are that would be nice.

Strap Yourselves In Codex Year of the Donut Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag. Pathfinder: Wrath I helped put crap in Monomyth
Why would i listen to a retard who has made 40K posts in 4 years?
You're not on the Codex to listen to anyone. You're on the Codex to come and converse with your peers after you've formulated your own opinions. Preferably with a modicum of respect.

No one told you that rusty's take is what you should believe.

I'll agree that quests do have a good deal of reactivity with each other like the one guy said.
I assume the response to Caja during her quest changes depending on whether or not you've beaten the malfunctioning cleric bot yet

So on a scale of Gothic 1 to Risen 3, how bad is it?

Why don't you just find out for yourself? Opinions here are going to range from good fun to garbage shit, as it always goes around here.

My opinion 5 hours in is pretty good and gradually getting better the longer I play. My perspective has been numbed having played Archolos so recently though. If nothing like that or ELEX 1 had come along before this release, I'd probably be responding to it closer to how I did ELEX 1.

all three major factions suck
the complete lack of reactivity with caja when doing quests for Rat is stupid, he's acting like an outlaw warlord, Caja should be extremely upset at his actions.

did I miss something in elex about Jax being born as a berserker?

unless I did, that feels like a pretty major retcon innit

Enjoying it so far. Only nagging issue I have is the boxey FOV.

Followed instructions on PCgamingWiki to no avail. Anyone got a workaround yet?

world is much more boring than elex, far less varied locations and a lot less overall
I don't really understand what they spent 5 years on when elex was made in 3 :M
