I have. I like it. The game feels pretty different, and I am not noticing any terrible bugs yet. Also performance seems way better on my system. Overall I think I like it right now. Rolling as Burgundy.

I predict that development will be a lot of fluff about nothing that costs too much mana for too little gain and ends up being useless for anyone who isn't western (western will only use it when they run out tech to buy, same as before with buildings/culture converting). Also the new fort/zone of control/restricted movement system will completely fuck the AI in hilarious ways.

Not interested even in not removing from an inventory to check whether this is the case. Brofist this post if I end up right.

Common Sense is out, anyone tried it yet?
It changes a lot of things and make the purchase of the dlc mandatory as they replaced base tax by province development. Its now possible to develop your OPM and during peace time if you have lot of monarch point you can boost up your provinces so they give more taxes and manpower. Of course , when you have enough monarch points, so that's really usefull for western countries, but I just tried a game with Trebizond, as east tech group you don't have enough point and your capital province is on a mountain to boot, wich means 50% more costly.
Theres very good changes with the DLC, now you cant just cross all the land and ignore forts, they have to be sieged to progress and they require a lot more men. No army ping pong you cant just stop them at the last moment when its sent its locked.

Few bugs yes , I seen naples suicide attacking me playing as lucas although I was in HRE so protected by Austria , and I was allied with france and hungary too. Needless to say it di not end well for naples. Seen aq qoyunlu attacking me as Trebizond although they have been warned by ottomans , so it seems suicide attacks aren't so rare.

Eu4 is now playable, this is what should have been at release man. The new custom nations is the best addition and should be there from the start. It only took them a few years. Maybe they will finish it after next 2 years.

I'm full of dread for hearts of iron 4 now.

I've noticed a same behavior in my Teutonic order campaign, Pomerania attacked me even though I was allied with Austria, denmark and Hungary. I gobbled em up, then Brandenburg attacked me which resulted them ending up being my vassal. Now Lithuania (No longer under Poland's PU) who were in a sandwich position between me and my ally Muscovy attacked me without any allies backing them up.

What pisses me off the most about the DLC unit graphics is that they aren't made available in Nation Designer without modding (slightly more advanced than normal modding no less).

Damn this game becoming playable only after I spent 100+ hours on it!

And damn Paradox is really stingy on those unlimited amounts of time and money they have to use on game development!

Well yeah, how many games keep getting actively developed 3 years after release like CK2?

You mean how many games come unfinished until $200 is spent on DLC? Practically all of them, fucko.
200$? That's actually slightly more than the total I spent on EU4. Paradox games are such a rip off. If they just did it right the first time they wouldn't need all these fucking DLC.
