Well, I'm speaking mainly about New Vegas, a game I have over 300 hours put into. Saying that a gameplay aspect sucked in FO3 is redundant.Because you barely notice its effect on the game?

I haven't even played F3. Judging purely from NV.
In my experience, besides luck, all other stats play a role. How much impact every one has depends on the build you're playing.I haven't even played F3. Judging purely from NV.

For a FPS/RPG game, I think it's good enough.
Bethesda thinks Three Dongs is cult classic so I'm sure he's going to return.Four Hound
Hopefully Bethesda learned something from FONV.
It also helps in a few dialog checks. I don't remember many, but there were a few. I remember because I never had enough luck. Usually kept it at 1 in FNV. Yeah, i know. There are some intelligence checks here and there, a bit rarer- strength checks. Almost no others as far as my experience goes.Oh God. At least in NV there are some SPECIAL-based dialogue challenges, but in F3 it's a complete and utter joke.
I think you play a build of a person who shoots things. Funnily enough, PER seem to do fuck all to help that. How much impact every one has depends on the build you're playing.

It's not canon but you can kill him, so it probably won't happen unless they pull a Gaider and say he's not dead because he's not and fuck you.
Didn't the voice actor of three dog already pretty much confirm he would be returning in fallout 4 not even a month ago on twitter?
You should have phrased it as a clickbait news article, "Is Chris Avellone working on Fallout 4?"Chris Avellone is working on Fallout 4

Hype intensifiesHe's happy with it, not working on itMaybe he's working on it, who knows
Someone already alluded to the purpose being to bury BT4 KS campaign. I don't want to sound paranoid but it's a suspicious coincidence that PoE release just had to happen between GTA5 and TW3...
Inb4 FO4 ends up being "MCA and Guillermo del Toro gone Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"
Aren't you confusing Guillermo with Benicio here?Inb4 FO4 ends up being "MCA and Guillermo del Toro gone Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"
Imagine it reaches the end and the big annoucement is something like
"Fallout 1& 2 for mobile" including micro-transactions
